There are many ways to treat chicken pox scars depending on what it looks like. Laser, and filler are both good options but laser has the potential to bring about permanent improvement in the appearance.

Scar on nose from chicken pox

It would be helpful to see a picture of the chicken pox scar on you nose to help determine your treatment options.  In general, if the scar is depressed, it's possible that injecting a filler under it could help to raise it and make it less noticeable.  It's also possible that surgically removing the scar could help.
