For active and athletic patients, I almost always recommend subfascial implant placement. Incision and profile depend on the case and your goals, but this placement avoids animation deformity and minimizes implant displacement while still giving you a great upper pole contour and holding up better over time (compared to subglandular). Sometimes in very lean patients the addition of fat transfer helps soften the implant edges and provide a more natural look.
From your photos and description, the excess skin is mainly concentrated above the belly button, which clearly suggests a full tummy tuck would be the most appropriate approach. A mini version would not address the laxity in the upper abdomen and could leave residual looseness.Previous BBLs and any related fibrosis can make the area feel firm or uneven, but this can often be managed safely during surgery. Your surgeon will assess the tissue quality and blood flow carefully to create a...
That is a great question! From my experience, you are a great candidate for lipo 360 with fat grafting to both your hips and buttocks. We can still provide a natural and athletic appearance while giving you a nice shape. If undergoing a BBL is not for you, doing lipo 360, especially to your waistline can accentuate your buttocks nicely, but it would not provide you volume or fill your hip dips. Feel free to schedule a consultation, we would love to assist you.
I usually tell my patients that 6 weeks postop is the earliest to ski and wear goggles, 8 weeks is better. It depends a little on what exactly you're having done and if your surgery requires osteotomies or not, so check with your surgeon about the specifics of your case.
Thanks for your question and congratulations on the weight loss! Based on your photos, I believe you are a great candidate for liposuction of your abdomen as well as full waistline with a tummy tuck. That would be a great place to start, and if you needed a lower body lift that is something that can be done as well. My office specializes in weight loss patient and we would love to help you! No, removing axillary breast tissue will not really lift the breast. A breast lift is a procedure that removes excess skin and repositions the nipple higher. There are different types of breast lifts depending on the degree of sagging to be corrected. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
Dear Htx211,breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go...
My recommendation based on your body type would be Vaser liposuction + BBL, to correct the hip dips and give you the hourglass shape you desire.
Hi, you need a upper blepharoplasty because you have excess skin of upper eyelids and after one and half months later you can do a botox for crow's feet.
Endoscopic midface and pony lift techniques are designed to elevate the outer and mid portions of the face with smaller incisions and shorter downtime. Because these lifts work in more superficial tissue planes, their results are typically more subtle and natural compared to full facelifts.Longevity depends on skin quality, fixation method and individual healing. Lifestyle factors such as smoking, sun exposure and weight changes also play an important role. For patients in their 30s to...
