Is it normal at 11 days post op to still have 1 “frankenboob” and other breast settling nicely? Very noticeable size difference!

Feel like i've got Inverted V Deformity? Im 7 month post op with thick skin, any chance this is just apart of healing or bad nose job?

Are there any doctors who specialize in doing a rhinoplasty, lip lift and lower lid blepharoplasty/fat repositioning for under eye hollows all in one? These are all on my wishlist but to save on anesthesia costs and life interruptions, I'd prefer to get them all done at once. Of course, I don't want to skimp on safety or quality though, so I would only go through ugh a 3-in-1 with someone who frequently does the combination bf has reliable results. Thank you!

Hi I’m 160 5’1. I’m interested in making my booty a bit more fuller & fill in my hip dips. I want it done once. I really don’t want to get a touch up if I loose fat. I have been intersted in having a mommy makeover for 6 years now. I am a 48 year old AA female. Soon to be 49 in 1 week. Overall healthy no issues, no medications other than vitiams. I had a gastric sleeve in 2016. My highest weight was 274. My current weight is 183...I have been in a 7 pound window for the last 6 years. I had 3 c-sections 1999,2000 and 2009. Partial hysterectomy in 2011. I have all the usual issues having kids and weight loss. Ideally I would like to have a mommy makeover and tackle everything at once. And recover from 1 surgery instead of multiple ones. I want lipo, tummy tuck and breast lift..with a fat transfer because I lost a considerate amount of destiny in them. Over the years I have been told that 1) cant have all those procedures done at the same time 2) I need to have breast reduction 3) they suggest a lower body lift. The body lift seems like more of major procedure than what I want and I can't get my breast done at the same time. I really want to be 1 and done...I dont wanna rack up debt for multiple surgeries. I am content with my current butt size and shape...I know the body lift will give it a little toot, but thats not my main priority. I would really like to know if it's possible to really have the procedures I want....or do I need multiple surgeries to achive what I want. I appericate you reading to the end and I welcome all feedback. Also I forgot to add that i also am very content with my current breast size 38F. So no reduction.

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?

I am a MTF trans woman and have been on HRT for almost 4 years now. Over the course of that time I have developed way more than expected or I think wanted. I have grown into a 44 DD cup size and over the years I have noticed working out such as riding my bike and doing normal activities, I get winded way more often. My posture has significantly gotten worse over this time. I have should pain around the straps even with a properly fitted bra from fitting. I have started suffering Migraines when I used to never have issues with headaches prior to HRT. I may seem weird to be wanting to ask this being as this was what I wanted. Well it was but I didn't want them this big. I already have back issues prior and this just makes those worse. I even struggle to sleep on my back as well, which has made recent issues with hernias I am getting repaired soon affecting my sleep cause i have to sleep on my back and the weight of them just makes it difficult to get restful sleep. Could reduction surgery be a good option? I am looking for the future as I try other ways to reduce the discomfort before dedicating to surgery. What would be an honest opinion on this?

Im looking to go quite large, as large as I can go honestly. I dont mind some sagging and am not opposed to a lift in the future.

I got my breast augmentation in 2018 in Medellin Colombia by Juan Diego Mejia Jimenez. i got 425 ccs gummy implant placed under the muscle. Ive been pregnant twice since my surgery in 2018 My first pregnancy i had no complications, my secong pregnancy my nipples started leaking clear fluids. At first the leaking would come and go but now there’s more fluid. The fluid is clear/slightly yellow and it makes my nipple stick to my bras and pulls the skin off the areola. What should i do? I got my breast augmentation outside of my country and to my knowledge , the surgeon who performed on me no longer does breast augmentations.

Hello, I have received mixed opinions. My nipple is just above my crease. . I just want to replace volume and have a natural slope. Im 5’4 and 135lbs. I do NOT want the high round augmented look. Should i ask for a lift to prevent future sagging from implant?

i have wanted lipo for a while but held off because im worried it may ot be worth it. i am not super thin or anything. but i get extremely bloated very often, almost daily, to the point where i look pregnant. would liposuction be worth it or would i continue to look bloated and fat all the time due to my extreme bloating, which is not related to fat cells?

My waist right now measured at 30 inches, hips are at 36 inches. Looking at me, From the breasts down I’m very rectangle shaped and just wish I had more of a waist. A BBL just isn’t realistic for me recovery wise right now. But I think I could handle some liposuction. Especially if it’s just around the waist and/or abdomen. Am I able to get lipo on just the waist? Or does a full abdomen liposuction reduce inches off the waist anyways?

Hi All so 20 syringes of bellafill done to the tear trough area, left and right 10 and 10, just for the PMMA silicone to pop the bone out :( Im not liking the result at all and pmma is so small, can a surgeon a put an orbital rim implant in the tear troughts where the bellafill exists please confirm thanks.
