Hi, I’ve had 3 different consults and only 1 surgeon suggested over the muscle, the other two suggested dual plane. I am leaning towards dual since it has been suggested twice and because I don’t think I have enough breast tissue for OTM. However these are my concerns. 1. dual plane - i am wanting to eventually go back to doing shoulder presses and pull ups, but worried of the implant moving 2. Over the muscle - I just don’t think I enough breast tissue to make the implant look natural, worried of rippling Either option I would be doing Motiva approx 285cc. I’m approx 11.5cm width and about a 12a/b. Would love some advice as I’m quite stuck.

On average, how many weeks do you typically tell clients that are Flight Attendants to wait before returning to work? Job duties include closing overhead bins, pushing and pulling large carts, having to lift 50-70lbs of personal luggage into overhead bins on some aircraft, setting down and picking up trays from service (extending body to reach over some seats). Additionally, what limitations on flight time or duration do you typically impose on patients post-op? Procedure is primary breast augmentation, dual plane and simultaneous nipple/areola correction. Using Motiva Ergonomix 2 implants, size undecided but likely 400-450cc And of course, “always discuss with your surgeon”, which I will do of course, but I’m trying to gauge a realistic baseline of expectations for returning to work. Thanks for your insights and responses!

Recent consultation the surgeon said up lift would not be needed with 500cc round implants as this will lift the nipple. I’ve always thought I’d need a lift too. What do you think

I had a breast augmentation in November of 2025. I bottomed out at 12 weeks only on my right side. In April he did an Inframammary Fold Repair w sutures and removed stretched skin. After 10 weeks I bottomed out again. Now, I am scheduled for October 8th to have Galaflex mesh added to the tissue on the outside of the capsule. I’m now an additional $3000 in and I don’t have the confidence that this is going to fix it. My surgeon said my body failed to make a capsule on that side, but I have suspicions that the internal pocket was over dissected on that side to accommodate a slightly larger implant due to asymmetry. So my question is, will addeing mesh on the outside of the capsule fix the issue? Or will it eventually give out again if there is no internal pocket work done? I had Motiva 425 cc on left and 475 on right. I am 5’7” and 120 lbs.-47 years old.

Hello, I am looking to get a breast augmentation this winter. Wondering if over or under the muscle would be better, along with advice on profile (moderate vs full) that would best suit my frame based on my issues and starting point. I would like to go up 1-2 cup sizes and ideally semi-natural (won’t look bolted-on). Thank you!

Updated: Tummy tuck & BBL. - My belly button was not on the right side. She was too busy to get off the phone when she marked me and marked my line off-center. Never was my belly button to the right of my center. She has avoided me from the first office visit after surgery when I asked about it. Beware of doctors that blame the patient. .

Would you recommend a 360 or an extended tummy tuck ? What about the thighs in ans out ? Which surgeries can be safely combined and what do you think will have the best outcome ? Thank you

I hear people talk about the need for lymphatic massages after abdominoplasty..… is it for everyone ? Even if you just have loose skin and need muscle repair ?

I am 37, female, 130 lbs, 5’7, I’ve had 3 babies via c section. I have an upcoming breast revision and I’m wondering how this could be addressed

Feel like i've got Inverted V Deformity? Im 7 month post op with thick skin, any chance this is just apart of healing or bad nose job?

I was considering getting rhinoplasty to reduce my nose size and dorsal bump but I was wondering if decreasing the vertical length of the nose is possible and if so to what degree

I’ve had a BBL 1 year and a half ago and I developed a deep infragluteal contour depression after my BBL that was not present before surgery. I haven’t seen or heard about this in anyone else but me. So I’m a bit concerned. I would like to know whether this is an adhesion/tethering or a volume deficiency, and what would be the safest way to correct it I developed also cellulite that wasn’t there before. Could someone please give me an advice and tell me if there is any way to correct this?

HI, I know alot of surgeons do a tt same time as bbl, but if you have the time to recover, isn't it logistically safer and better to do them separate to allow for better healing. When sitting on bbl pillow, aren't you putting pressure on lower thighs and cutting off some circulation to buttock?

I’m a 35-year-old and I had a pregnancy when I was 16 and through the years I’ve been gaining and losing weight and I feel very uncomfortable with my body specially, my breast after I had my baby my breast got saggy and has been bothering me for years. Do I really need a tummy tucktuck? I’m planning on losing more weight. It’s been hard. It’s not easy anymore. I do want my back and waist to look slimmer and I’ve seen that some surgeons make the belly look with muscle and pretty. I don’t think I need a BBL but maybe a lift would be OK cause I do have good volume in my butt. I am very worried about the tummy tuck scar. I’ve seen some are pretty bad and I’ve seen some doctors make i the scar look thin. I do have a scarf from a myomectomy from 2024. I’m curious to see how much will it cost me in what I need in my body. Thank you.

I’m 25 years old, 5’3”, around 179 lbs, and currently wear approximately a 38H. I’m pursuing a medically necessary breast reduction because of back/shoulder discomfort and other symptoms from having large breasts. My insurance (Aetna) is requiring my surgeon to remove approximately 1,000 grams from EACH breast for coverage. My previous surgeon felt that amount was more than she wanted to remove and estimated closer to 700 grams per breast. I would personally be comfortable with a significant reduction and would ideally like to end up around a B/C cup rather than a D. I understand cup size cannot be guaranteed. For someone with my height, weight, and starting breast size, is a 1,000-gram reduction from each breast generally feasible while still maintaining a natural breast shape? Would I likely still have a reasonable amount of breast tissue remaining? Are there additional concerns with nipple/blood supply or complications when removing this amount? I’m getting another consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon and would like to understand whether the 1,000-gram requirement itself is unusually aggressive for someone my size.

69 y.o. 5'2" 34Hh hoping to reduce to D cup. Had mastopexy years ago, is it called reduction with revision? Likelihood of complications. No hypertension, cardiovascular disease or diabetes. Advice on prep and aftercare. Eczema

I got my breast augmentation in 2018 in Medellin Colombia by Juan Diego Mejia Jimenez. i got 425 ccs gummy implant placed under the muscle. Ive been pregnant twice since my surgery in 2018 My first pregnancy i had no complications, my secong pregnancy my nipples started leaking clear fluids. At first the leaking would come and go but now there’s more fluid. The fluid is clear/slightly yellow and it makes my nipple stick to my bras and pulls the skin off the areola. What should i do? I got my breast augmentation outside of my country and to my knowledge , the surgeon who performed on me no longer does breast augmentations.

Hello, I am 78 years old and have developed a lot of wrinkles since having a facelift 25 years ago. I’m happy with the eye area, but I would like the cheek and mouth areas, as well as my neck, to be smoother. What would you recommend?

I want to schedule a facelift but I have high blood platelets.…587,000. Had had blood tested several times over a period of 6 months and still high. I have been referred to a hematologist. I don’t suppose I can have the surgery until I know what is going on. What do you say?

I have lost a lot of volume and my Jowls have appeared in the last few years (now 38). Can a face lift make me look less gaunt and remove the Jowls, like the look I have created by pulling my skin tight on one side?
Hi, I am 24 years old and I have lost over 30kgs over the past 2 years. I am currently 56kgs ans 157cm however my arms are still quite big and holding on to fat. I have also noticed laxity in my arm and underarm area and whole tricep area is all stretch marks. I feel like my skin is thin and I’m not sure if lipo will help or if any procedure would be better

In 2021 I have my large intestine removed and reversed , I now have a jpouch I wanted to know can I still have a lipo

I am 34 and I’ve always had some kind of undereye bag / circles and malar bag/festoon situation but with age and time it continues to weigh on me literally and figuratively, lol. I have tried fillers, lasers, morpheus 8 and pdgrf and nothing seems to work. I started shopping around for surgeons and options and so far had one surgeon surprisingly tell me i am not actually a candidate for undereye bleph, but instead recommended fat transfer and co2. I have been anticipating needing all 3!? I would also consider maybe even a pinch or lower face lift too while Im at it…lol. There are so many options idk where to start. My biggest concern is this festoon on my right eye. Its sooo bad. I know filler will make it worse so I havent had tear trough filler since 2020 when I had rhinoplasty! Now i just have some cheek filler hanging out trying to camoflauge it. Nonethless, its always been there, just gets worse with age.

Hi, I'm in my 40s and it seems that the surrounding area around the eyes have been damage by the sun overtime. Also, there is an hollow area under the eyes. Let me know what type of procedure would help. Thank you so much.
I had an upper bleph one year ago and they took off 15 mm of excess upper eyelid skin. It looked good when it was swolen for 8 monthes and then the wrinkling/crepey skin came back. Is this an okay resukt or was i expecting too much from the surgery? Is there anything i can do to help myself?
