Help for self harm scars that were poorly altered with medical tattooing (Photo)

About 13 years ago, I made the awful choice to self harm. I am left with large scars on my thighs, which I have been incredibly self conscious about over the years. I have tried many treatments, including creams, Fraxel laser, and ultimately medical tattooing. I went for one tattoo treatment about 2 months ago, and I am very unhappy with the results. The scars are orange and don't match my skin at all. I'm afraid to go back to the person who did this. What can I do?? I'm desperate.

Surgical scar revision for your cutting scars

These permanent cutting scars can be improved with IIT, fractional lasers, ematrix RF, and surgical scar revision.

Scars on Body -- Fraxel/Microneedling, Sculptra/Fat/Bellafill, Subcision, Pulsed Dye Laser; Medical Tattooing

It is very challenging to improve these scars, but lasers, microneedling and tattooing all can help.  Best, Dr. Emer.
