I was diagnosed with left hip necrotizing fasciitis. I had 2 debridements on my hip. What can help lift the scar? (photos)

I get very depressed looking in the mirror. Is there anything I can do to improve that indent and how soon? Would fat grafting help? Fillers? A skin flap? Any input would be greatly appreciated. My wound finally closed this August. My 2 surgeries were in May. I had about 7 weeks with the wound vac on and another few weeks stuffing it with Fibracol.

Treating a necrotizing fasciitis scar

Once the skin heals over, subcision, fat grafting, and Hidef scar revision with scar excision can help.
