Hi, I had 355cc motiva implants above the muscle in May 2025, I will attach a photo a few days post surgery. Am I bottoming out or are the implants laterally displaced? One implant sits a lot lower than the other, my nipples are not in line, and when I lie down they lie to the side near my armpit a lot. If I could get professional options please

My breast have always been about a half cup size different and felt further apart than normal. I have some breast tissue in my armpit on my smaller side so I just assumed that was why. My plan was always to have a child, breastfeed, and get a lift/implants. Over the past year I’ve gotten leaner than I’ve ever been and noticed an indent/curve in my sternum and ribs attachments. Pectus excavatum has been confirmed. Less worried about that, more worried about how itll impact implants. Ive heard the implant can settle into the concave side or become lopsided ie cross eyed nipples. Are there any remedies that can prevent this? Would a mesh bra help?

I’m 5’0 and 130 lbs, down from 180lbs. I carry a lot of my weight centrally and had a consult with a surgeon who’s usually booked a year out for most procedures. I do want to get down to 110 before my surgery. My main concern is the deep stretch marks I have above my mons area, it looks crinkly when i’m sitting down, super embarassing during sex and just something that I would love to get rid of with a low incision (along with the stretch marks on my lower abdomen). However I was told that I dont have enough laxity for that and I could either: 1. end up with a high incision that doesn’t address my upper mins stretch marks OR 2. low incision, but with only a mini TT that doesnt get rid of all the lower belly stretch marks. The doctor did mention something that I found interesting, tissue expanders placed in my upper belly that would allow for more laxity which would then allow the surgeon to do a high tension TT, which should take care of all my problems. I haven’t seen this anywhere though and was wondering if it’s performed on patients? I don’t have a lot of laxity above my belly button. (theres a little, but not a lot). I’m just looking for advice mainly because I couldnt find anything about tissue expanders other than stuff for breast reconstruction. I’ve attached pictures. My problem area is right above my hairline (basically the part of the mons that is not darker than the rest of my skin)

I have wanted to have this done forever. I had narrowed down my search to 2 surgeons. I had a photo of a morph from 1st surgeon that said he could achieve 90-95%, and the other said absolutely not - maybe 70-%. I have thicker skin which I was told was 7/10 if you had to grade it. I don’t want to make a mistake. My tip is bulbous and plunges on smiling. Can I achieve the result in the morph photo? Why or why not? I have added photos in regular light and one where you can see cartilage curvature.

Two years later and I ve been experience pain in my hips and certain parts of my Butt. At first is was on one side and I also noticed that a huge dip on my hip/side butt had appeared last year by the time of my 1 year post op appointment. I've expressed that concern to the surgeon who at that time, advised me to get hip dip filler to correct the dip. I never got he filler because Im nervous about it migrating. However fast forward to now and the other side of my hop is also aching. I don't know what is going on. My surgeon also has stated he doesn't know. if anyone has any information about the please advise what is causing it to hurt after two years. I feel it more when I sit or lay on my butt/ sides.

Is it safe to choose a surgeon for a mommy makeover who isn’t certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery? She’s certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and is a board-certified maxillofacial surgeon. She has 7 years of experience with mommy makeovers and all her reviews are very positive. Her Instagram shows mommy makeovers as her specialty. Should I consider a consultation with her?
