Yes, based on the photo you do appear to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Narrowing the tip should not be a problem. Making the nostrils more narrow is possible but the scar is sometimes visible. Overall I would expect you to be able to get the result you are wanting. Thanks1

Yes you are as long as you understand that your nose will always widen when you smile because that is a normal attachment pattern of how the muscles interplay on the face.

You are a candidate for a rhinoplasty. The tip can be made narrow as well as the width of the nose. However, narrowing the width of the nose can result in the nasal airway being decreased and it may interfere with your breathing.

Based on your photo, you appear to be a good candidate for narrowing the mid and lower nose. The tip of your nose has good definition for a male, but the nostrils (alar base) appear wide even without smiling and likely widen further when you do smile. Additional views would be helpful for a complete evaluation of your nose.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. An alar base Reduction can be performed safely at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
