I am 5’6” and 116 lbs, bra size is 28c (but bc it’s so hard to find I end up wearing 32A)… I actually like smaller breasts but mine are misshaped after breastfeeding 2 kids. I would like to continue wearing the same bras but fill them out better and also have a more round youthful shape. I’ve never seen results of smaller breasts undergoing a lift so I’m curious if that’s even an option? Or fat transfer or anything else besides implants? I’m hesitant to go that route. Thanks!
Answer: Breasts One breast has a little more stretched skin because of breast feeding. You would probably do very well with an augmentation. Please go in for a consultation.

Answer: Lifting smaller breasts A breast lift on smaller breasts can create a very pretty breast. Because of the small breast size, the full scar pattern tends to be more visible. However, because of the small weight of the breast tissue there is little to no tension on the healing scars and they tend to heal beautifully. If you do not desire an increase in your breast size you would be an excellent candidate for a lift alone. Dr. Brandon Lambiris Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon–Sarasota, FL

Answer: The Best Option For You! Hello,A breast lift can be performed on smaller breasts as well, but there is no sagging in your case. The issue is primarily a loss of volume within the breasts. Since your nipples are not below the breast fold, you do not require a breast lift surgery. By placing implants that will restore the lost volume and tighten the breast skin without significantly increasing the size, you can achieve your desired result. However, there is a small chance that the excess skin in the lower pole of your left breast may not fully correct, in which case a revision may be necessary for that breast.

Answer: Without implants, fat injection is the best choice Fat injection can be performed to achieve symmetry; however, a lift is not necessary as there is no ptosis.

Answer: Breast reshaping for A cups Dear un4gettable, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
