Hello. I’m wondering if there are alternatives to a tummy tuck to fix the loose skin/cellulite appearancein my upper abdomen. I’m 5’7” 125lbs for reference. I carried my kids very high during pregnancy and my insecurity is the upper portion of my stomach. Would losing more weight help this? I really don’t want to have a full TT if there are non surgical options. Thank you so much for any advice!

After 100 lbs. weight loss, it is highly probable that your breasts have descended as well. I usually like to do a breast lift prior to a tummy tuck because if you do the tummy tuck first then it will pull the breasts further down making is harder to lift the breasts as high as possible. If...
If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! An in person evaluation is best, but based on the photos it appears a standard tummy tuck would give you the best result. This would address the loose skin both above and below the belly button. It doesn't appear you have significant skin laxity...
