How can I get rid of or improve under eye wrinkles? (photos)

I'm 34 and recently noticed that after losing several kilograms and some stress, I have developed deep wrinkles under my eyes. I've recently started using an over the counter retinol (Ultraceuticals Ultra A Perfecting Eye Cream) but this seems to be making them worse. Can fillers or botox or surgery get help? Most under eye treatments I have looked at online seem to be more for bags than wrinkles.

Fractional CO2 or energy based microneedling can help.

Agree with Dr Manoharan, lasers can definitely improve the lines, as for the tear thoughts, a tiny bit of filler such as Juvederm Volbella or Belotero can help. Remember its the balance between skin texture, tone, and volume that gives the best results. The best guys in Sydney who do this combination approach are Dr Natasha Cook, or Dr Adrian Lim. All the best. Dr Davin Lim

Laser or RF for under-eye wrinkles

Fractionated CO2 (e.g. Syneron Candela CO2RE) or Erbium:YAG lasers can be a great option for the level of changes that you are exhibiting.  One to three treatments spaced 4-6 wks apart should yield excellent results, with a downtime of anything from 3-5 days.  If you are time poor, radio frequency devices with or without needling may yield similar results, with less downtime, but will likely require more treatment sessions.  Best wishes, Shobhan.
