Hello. I'm a woman in my mid 30's and I'm dealing with sagginess, puffiness, and overall tiredness look around my eyes and cheeks area (midface area) I'm wondering what procedures would be more beneficial for me. I do tend to get very puffy around my cheeks (malar area) as well as my eyes and I also have laxity. The wrinkles under my eyes really bother me I don't like fillers but anything more permanent would be very helpful. Thank you
Hello. Ive always been self conscious of this area and want to be able to start saving to finally address it. Im a 27-year old female. I feel like my nasolabial folds/smile/cheeks/chin/jowls have gotten worse over time, I also what to be realistic as to why I currently look the way I look. I also carry a lot of tension in my back and neck. I am aware people are really hard on themselves when it comes to minor smile lines but I genuinely feel like the lower half of my face is very weak. My goal isnt to freeze myself in time, I want to be an aging woman, but after going through some trauma and exhaustion, I would also like to look my age? Ive had filler once in my cheeks about a year ago now. I was told it would help support the nasolabial area. I didnt notice much of a difference then, and I feel like the lines in this area may have worsened further due to possible migration? I also recently finished Invisalign. Im not sure if my bite changing has also contributed to the current structure of my face. Maybe Ive always been this way! Lol Regardless, where should I start? Do I need a facelift? Should I go to a maxillofacial surgeon to inquire about jaw surgery? I look at my face and see something wrong but am not entirely sure what is causing it. I want to avoid going back to get filler when I feel like theres a root cause. Thank you.
I got a brow lift and a subperiosteal midface lift done around 1 year ago. The mid face lift was recommended to only be done on the right side to fix assymetry between the left and right side of my face. The brow lift were secured by 3 endotine devices. But after the face lift it gave my right eye an upwards tilt. What are my options to fix this issue ? It looks a lot more obvious in pictures
Hi, I heard that threads, hifu, RF & Sculptra can complicate future facelifts, is this true & what would be the best collagen inducing & skin tightening procedures for those wanting to potentially have a future facelift? Hoping a plastic surgeon can offer some insight. Thanks. 35yo female for reference.
I had a previous facelift nine years ago. Aging has caused it to droop again(damn it!). I am considering another facelift along with breast augmentation to increase upper pole fullness. I have two questions. 1. What is your recommendation for my face? 2. I am worried breast aug will look too high and possibly ridiculous on my 66 year old body. . What is your suggestion for an implant. I am in perfect health with low BMI. I take no medication and exercise regularly along with weight training.
Looking for some professional opinions as Im still confused what the best approach for me is. Long story short, had botched dermal filler in early 2024 that caused an extreme reaction and months of agressive dissolving. Left with laxity, volume loss, complete elasticity loss after skin painfully stretched for months. I have waited a year for things to bounce back and ready to feel comfortable in my skin again. I have had many many consultations without any consensus. Surgeons biased by my age recommended only fat grafting. Oh my opinion this would only address half the problem - assuming it doesnt dissolve. Others suggest full deep plane or midface lift - there is at least consensus Ive had most damage in the middle region. Im very much not a fan of lasers or unreliable non-surgical treatments, but of course nervous about the invasive ness of a deep plane facelift in my 30s. Im aware Im a complex case, but want to approach this rationally and not waste time or money. Ive accepted surgery is intense, but would prefer to be happy now and not wait until Im even worse. Ill likely need to continue consultations, but would appreciate the additional insights. Thank you for any help - Ive attached a before, during, dissolving, and current photo (all within a 1.5 year time frame). There is no change in weigh during these photos and no underlying health conditions.
Hello, I had a lower facelift two years ago and still have significant neuropathic pain, tingling, and numbness over the entire neck. It really bothers me a lot! I asked my doctor if my fibromyalgia would be a problem for recovery and he shrugged it off-like it wasn't a big deal. Every month I go back and say Im still experiencing the pain, tingling and numbness and he says it is just the nerves trying to regenerate. Last time, he got very defensive and now Im afraid to talk to him about it. Im afraid Im going to feel like this forever. Could this be nerve damage? What should I do? Please advise. Thank you
