Is there a way to remove the soft tissue in my chin without shaving down the bone?

I have a witches chin. I was thinking of simply putting filler in the mental crease but there’s just so much soft tissue I don’t think that would solve my issue. When I press on the bone it doesn’t protrude excessively it’s mainly that soft tissue. Is a procedure like that doable?

There are several ways to improve a witch's chin deformity. The soft tissue pad can be reduced, a chin tuck can be performed, the deep submental fat pad can be positioned to decrease the submental crease. In some cases, neurotoxins can be used to minimize the effect of muscle pull.
