I am 30, 5'3 185lbs. My cup size is G 34-36. I would like to go down to a large D. I want as much fat removed from stomach and love handles as possible. What price range am i looking at based on the photo? I just need an average # so i know what im working with. Looking to get my procedure in Kennewick, tri cities, yakima ,WA area. Is it possible to go down to 160lbs or less with mommy makeover (tummy tuck, Lipo and breast reduction)? I want to be able to run again without my breasts hurting.

As mommy makeover operation is a combined surgery, it would be better to see your pictures to give a better consultation and quotation. We generally combine tummy tuck, liposuction and breast operations for mommy makeover but first, we need to understand your needs.

Thanks for your question. From your picture, you seem to be a good candidate for a mommy makeover - tummy tuck with lipo and a breast reduction. Note, for surgery, there is a Body Mass Index BMI requirement. At my practice the BMI limit for this surgery is 33. With the height and weight you provided, you are at 32.8, which is borderline. A MM is not considered a weight reduction procedure. Best that you discuss a diet and exercise program with your PCP or a trainer to drop 20 pounds to minimize the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance the results of the liposuction, breast reduction, and TT.
A PS cannot guarantee that a breast will be a specific cup size after reduction. Very large breasts rarely are reduced by more than two or three "cup" sizes.There is also a limit to how small you can go due to tissue that needs to be retained for the nipple/areola to maintain a good blood and sensory nerve supply.
Price range for your geographical area can be obtained by phoning the patient coordinator of several board certified PS offices.

Looks like your interested in a tummy tuck and a breast reduction.  Your breast reduction maybe able to be covered by your insurance if you have associated symptoms that make it medically necessary.  I would recommend you consider doing just your breast reduction  first While you try to achieve your weight loss for your abdomen.  This will allow you to exercise more after you have healed and get to a healthier weight.  No matter how much tissue surgery takes off your body will stay at the same weight.  Cosmetic surgery does not facilitate weight loss.  Unfortunately there are not board certified plastic surgeons in the tri-cities that I could recommend.

You are an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover with the combination of procedures you have in mind. However, the risks of complications from surgery are higher with a BMI of more than 30 (yours is 32.8) so most surgeons will recommend that you lost the weight first. A mommy makeover is not a weight loss operation.

I would begin with your breasts using a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be performed. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

I appreciate your concerns and goals, however mommy makeover surgery is not a weight loss operation. 
While it is possible to lift and reduce your breasts, and liposuction with or without a tummy tuck would be the second component of your mommy makeover. It would be best to lower your BMI below 30 before having surgery because statistics demonstrate a higher complication rate in patients with a BMI over 30. Also your final result and body contour will be much better. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to confirm my advice. Good luck.

Based on your photos you can consider a Mommy Makeover with breast reduction and lift, liposuction and a tummy tuck.  It is best for you reduce your weight to 165 pounds or lower before considering surgery in order to keep risks such as poor wound healing, seroma and infection from increasing.  It also will give your surgeon the best opportunity to maximize your results.  These procedures are not weight loss surgeries and typically patients do not realize more than a few pounds of difference on the scale.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo.  This surgery is not a weight loss surgery, its more of a contouring surgery.  You will get maybe 5 lbs or so off from excess skin/fat removal. To achieve the best outcome , you want to get to your desired weight before surgery .  If you lose more then 15 lbs after surgery , you will have more loose skin.  Make sure you find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.  Depending on what part of the country , you are probably going to be around 15-20k on average.
