Liposuction and TT at the end of May 2018. Body chills and fever. Could this be related to the procedure months later?

While it would be unusual to develop an infection four months after surgery, the symptoms you describe are generally related to infection. It's best to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation.

Although unusual this far out from surgery, it could be.  Regardless it is worrisome for an infection and should be evaluated immediately by your plastic surgeon.

 if the side of your abdomen feels hot and you have a fever, I strongly suggest you go to your local ER. you may have a cellulitis or an infection and you will need IV antibiotics. This is best handled by the ER and not by your plastic surgeon since he will not likely have IV antibiotics etc.david berman md
