Safe operating time is 6 hours. You would not be able to do a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, lipo 360 and fat transfers to the buttocks at the same time. I would begin with the breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. Since you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction and fat transfers to the buttocks and breasts, if additional volume is desired.

Yes, you are a candidate judging from your photos. A vertical lift is best (not the anchor scar lift). This surgery does not affect the erectility of your nipples. There is no good way to make them more protuberant although grafts have been used and even prosthetics. Be sure your surgeon is experienced, particularly in doing combination procedures. And it is important to know how to be safe doing buttock fat transfer.
