Hi guys, I had a breast augmentation over 20 years ago. I had saline under the muscle for 450 cc it adds up to be about a DD. Since then, I’ve had four children all have breast fed. I’m looking to replace my implants, it’s just time. when I first had the implants, I had normal swelling, but I actually loved the way sat on my chest. They were really high really &noticeable. After a few months, they started to drop and I wish they would have maintained that swelling. Now that I’m getting them redone, I’m looking for advice on what to ask my plastic surgeon. cannot ask my former surgeon he’s currently in prison And i have no records.

I'm a low BMI, low breast tissue patient who priortizes implant longevity and am interested in Motiva Ergonomix 275cc moderate profile for a natural look and feel. My surgeon is suggesting a modified submuscular placement with 90% muscle coverage. Rather than a traditional dual plane with full inferior muscle release, we would retain some muscles to create a sling or internal bra. I like the concept, but just want to know what other surgeons think. Also, is Ergonomix more difficult to place than round and anatomical implants? this surgeon's clientele doesn't request ergonomix often, but I really like his breast augmentation outcomes otherwise. Would his skill with other implant types transfer to Ergonomix?

I have had a uniboob for a long time even during puberty and there is no cleavage is there a way to fix it with or without surgery is there anyway way to fix it I had made me feel depressed all the time to see it

During a consultation I have been told by a surgeon that I qualify for a full Tummy Tuck with a shorter scar. So more extensive than a mini Tummy Tuck where my belly button would be redone because loose skin be pulled from the top down but with a smaller incision than a usual TT. My fear is this may not remove all the loose skin I want and leave me with uneven bulges if the hip area loose skin is not taken along with fat removal if required? Im 49kg and 5ft 1 are my fears correct?

My PS used surgical glue to close my incision and has instructed me to let it come off naturally. Today marks three weeks post op for me and it hasn't budged. Obviously I plan on following the doctors orders but it would be nice to finally get to see my incision!

Hello. Ive had a tummy tuck procedure about 3 yrs ago. I started developing pain, pulling and tightbess aroud my navel. I notice it gets worse around my period, which at times it can be unbearable. I was wondering could it hsve been from tubes? Did it leave internal scarring? I just need to be poinred in the right direction so i can live a normal life. This is taking a toll on my mental

I’m 5’3 150 pounds 33 yrs old. ive had pregnancy and weight loss and lipo before. I do not need a roll-less back. I’m not looking to be americas next top model or an instagram model. If a tummy tuck with lipo or extended tummy tuck can improve these back rolls i would be okay with that. Other options im told is a back lift, which i dont want to do BUT if this is the only way to improve the appearance i may have no choice. My PS had told me after my rhinoplasty last year that I couldn't work out at all for 8 weeks after my rhinoplasty, and then at 8 weeks I could do light cardio for 15 minutes. I followed their instructions, but this seemed way excessive to me. I lost a lot of strength and mental health benefits in that long of a time. Elsewhere, I haven't seen THAT extreme of restrictions. I had the procedure done in Mexico (excellent results, by the way). Is this strict of an exercise prohibition medically supported? I ask because I was thrilled with my experience and results and am debating whether to return to them for additional procedures in the future.

Are there any doctors who specialize in doing a rhinoplasty, lip lift and lower lid blepharoplasty/fat repositioning for under eye hollows all in one? These are all on my wishlist but to save on anesthesia costs and life interruptions, I'd prefer to get them all done at once. Of course, I don't want to skimp on safety or quality though, so I would only go through ugh a 3-in-1 with someone who frequently does the combination bf has reliable results. Thank you!

What would I need to have done to get me from this, to this? Nasal bridge reduction and nostril reduction? I don't have a problem with my side profile, I just want a smaller version if my nose.

Two years ago I had liposuction to my buttocks, but would like to transfer some fat back in to fill in areas that are overly ”empty”, but am not sure if the fat would take.

I had traditional liposuction of the inner/outer thighs, lower butt and knees in 2005 and pleased with my results. In 2008 after childbirth, I had SmartLipo done in the same areas and it created significant skin sagging and dimpling that doesn't improve with exercise. I like the overall shape on my butt but can’t wear bathing suit bottoms or shorts because of the severe dimpling and sagging that is visible. I don’t know if BBL is the right procedure or what is?

I have a procedure coming up in a few days for 360 Lipo, extended tummy tuck & BBL. I have an inverted triangle shape so it will be nice to have some hips however I am so scared of the BBL. Is fat transfer to just hips safer than full transfer to hips & buttocks? Will my results look odd if I ask for just fat transfer to hips as I have a relatively flat bum? Hi doctors, I had a breast augmentation last year and have since developed mild capsular contracture on one side. In addition, I was not fully satisfied with the overall look, as I would prefer a slightly fuller and softer result. My surgeon has recommended fat grafting to improve both the contour and fullness. The plan is to harvest approximately 300cc of fat in total (around 150cc from each inner thigh), with a small amount potentially taken from the outer thighs if needed. My main concern is that I truly love the current shape of my thighs and legs. I work out regularly, maintain a very healthy lifestyle, and have good skin quality, so I would not want to compromise their appearance in any way. I would really appreciate your input on the following: • With this volume (150cc per inner thigh), what is the risk of developing dents, waviness, or contour irregularities in the inner thigh area? • How predictable are results when performing liposuction in the inner thighs, given that it is considered a delicate area? • Can this amount of fat removal noticeably change the overall shape or contour of the thighs? • Is it common to not require compression garments after this type of liposuction, or could that increase the risk of uneven healing or swelling? • In your experience, is fat grafting an effective approach both for mild capsular contracture and for achieving a fuller, more natural-looking result? I am going to consider an upper blephroplasty. My bigger than left is bigger than my right. Is a much larger, a symmetry, a side effect of this type of procedure? How long is the recovery time if there is a symmetry does it eventually correct itself?

I have spent months trying to understand what is wrong with the result. I understand that the (left) eyelid skin has been stretched too much and attached wrong. The outer eyelid corner goes up sharper and higher than the right eyelid. I suspect a fox-eye surgery was performed, which I did not ask for. I also did not ask that only one eyelid would be done differently. Somehow, the whole left eyelid/eyeslit area seems smaller/tighter on the left side. How do I restore symmetry? It seems fixable, as pushing the skin inwards seems to solve most problems. Is there a suture under the skin giving the outer left eyelid corner a weird/tight look? I have contacted the surgeon for a year, he will not answer any communication.

I have been thinking about upper eyelid surgery but then I am wondering whether it will be enough to open my eyes? I have very obvious extra skin on my eyelashes and a having a lower set brow does not bother me personally, as long my eyes are not covered by the skin. Can I do well just with the eyelid surgery (which is faster and less costly)?

Does overfilled lips cause worse smile lines? I feel since my have migrated over the years its worsening the smile lines and skin quality. Now I’m thinking do i need a midface lift or dissolve the filler with a lip lift.

I am interested in getting a facelift, unsure about the best type/ option. I am very unhappy with my nasolabial folds and jowls. I would also like my nose repaired. I had surgery done in 2006 for a deviated septum, but was injured after the surgery, which caused some curving of my septum tissue (see picture). I’m concerned about using only filler for the folds. I want something that looks a little bit more natural. Perhaps that transfer is a better alternative?

From my teenage years I had developed deep nosolabial fold. Right now I'm 33 and I also developed marionette lines and malar bags. I'm looking for a solution to lift my skin like on the last photo. I tried filler in nl folds many years ago and it wasn't effective. Now I'm hearing that filler in cheek region may help lift the folds but I'm not sure will it be enough for my problem.
