I have done multiple co2 laser, mnrf , sculptra, prp sessions. But I want to have more improvement in these scars?
Answer: Advanced Techniques for Enhancing Scar Integration with Normal Skin To achieve further improvement in scar appearance, consider the following options: Fractional Laser Resurfacing: Beyond CO2 lasers, fractional lasers can stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture, potentially yielding better results over multiple sessions. Microneedling with Radiofrequency (RF): While you've already tried MNRF, ensuring optimal settings and combining it with other treatments like PRP might enhance outcomes. Chemical Peels: Medium-depth chemical peels can help in improving skin texture and blending scars with the surrounding skin. Dermal Fillers: Injectable fillers can temporarily elevate depressed scars, making them less noticeable. Subcision: This technique involves breaking the fibrous bands beneath the skin that tether scars, allowing for better elevation and smoothing of the skin surface. Silicone Gel or Sheets: These can be used to improve the appearance of scars over time by hydrating and flattening them. Laser-Assisted Drug Delivery: This method uses lasers to enhance the penetration of topical agents that can promote healing and improve scar appearance. Consultation with a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist Specializing in Scar Revision: They may offer surgical options or other advanced treatments tailored specifically to your scars. Combining different modalities often yields the best results, so a personalized treatment plan based on your skin type and scar characteristics is recommended.

Answer: Various treatments such as Subcision and resurfacing lasers, as well as adding a small amount of filler can minimize appearance Our office has many different treatments for scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Scars require a combination approach using our HI DEF protocol which uses a combination of lasers, topical scar modulation, and RF treatments to pixelate scars, improve contour, reduce hyperpigmentation, and improve the visibility of the scars so that they are no longer visible in ambient light. Everyone has a unique pattern of scarring and we employ our HIDEF technique to improve texture, color, contour, and topography. We often use a combination of treatments that begin with a careful examination to examine the micro texturing of the acne scars. Atrophic scars and indented scars can benefit from injectable fillers such as Radiesse, Sculptra, and Restylane with or without subcision to remove tethered scars and atrophic depression. Hyper-redness in scars can be improved with V beam laser, Excel V, BBL, IPL, and Venus RF to improve the redness and reduce the visibility of deep scars. Fractional Thulium laser and clear & brilliant can also reduce the inflammation and redness of the scar when combined with topical therapy. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Above all, our combination approach with our clinical nurses and board-certified plastic surgeons can improve the quality of your skin by using at home Melarase creams combined with PRP treatments in our office to improve your skin quality and tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced team of experts in order to reduce your scarring. Finally, hyperpigmentation of scars can be improved with at-home Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads to help reduce active PIH and melanin deposition. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Consider Subcision For Elevating & Smoothing Indented Scars Sorry you have not been satisfied with the expensive treatments you have gotten so far. My regular followers would tell you that subcision, which I have been performing for nearly thirty years, is a simple and proven safe and effective (in all skin types) treatment for elevating Indented scars from all causes (surgery, acne, chickenpox, trauma). You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and to exercise "buyer beware" caution if offered any more expensive "bells and whistles? treatments that have a whole lot more marketing hype and social media buzz to back up their use than hard science. Hope this helps and best of luck.
