My regular followers would tell you that subcision, which I have been performing for nearly thirty years, is a simple and proven safe and effective (in all skin types) treatment for elevating Indented scars from all causes (surgery, acne, chickenpox, trauma). You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and to exercise "buyer beware" caution if offered any more expensive "bells and whistles? treatments that have a whole lot more marketing hype and social media buzz to back up their use than hard science.
