Acne Red Marks? Hyperpigmentation? (photos)

I've had these spots since summer of 2014 after I had a severe break out. Started using benzoyl peroxide when school started; stopped using it now and now I've been stuck with this. I seriously don't know what to do because they aren't going away on their own.

You have post acne redness that can easily be managed with a vascular laser such as V BEAM or Excel V. You will need 2-4 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart. Most importantly you need to control your acne.
See a general dermatologist for this.

Thank you for your question. You would greatly benefit by being evaluated and treated by a board certified Dermatologist. Prescription retinoid/oral antibiotic therapy in combination with laser therapy like the micro pulsed 1064 Laser Genesis would greatly improve your complexion. Regards, Dr. Matt Elias
