Sculptra, Bellafil, and Renuva are all to expensive to use in any meaningful volume to fill your hip dips. I've already done the calculation so take my word that it would cost you between $150-$250,000 to fill them adequately. Despite your declaration that you were not a candidate for a BBL, you have plenty of fat to transfer, especially your hips (the area above the dip). Go to a great surgeon who can do that for you.
