Thanks for your question. Endymed Intensif is the latest FDA-approved technology and the first of its kind to use tiny needles to inject radio frequency energy into the skin. It treats skin problems and scar damage such as fine lines and wrinkles, deep acne scars, dilated pores, stretch marks and more. Many patients see considerable improvement after just one treatment session. There is little to no downtime required, and you can return to your daily activities immediately after your appointment. Intensif Microneedling is customized to your skin type and skin tone and results are long-lasting. Hope this helps. Best, Dr. Katz

Acne Scar Solutions with lasers, fillers, subcision and microneedling/prp

These look like rolling scars.  Acne scars require a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers to get improvement. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an acne scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

What possible treatment for this kind of skin?

Hello... Acne scars can be very difficult to treat because the results are slow but you can get results with a good Plastic Surgeon and patience. You can have micro needling or Fraxel treatments. With the Fraxel you have more downtime , a little more pain involved and you need to be careful with the skin type. But the results can be great. Another treatment to look into is called Micro Needling or Collogen Induction Therapy. Micro Needling is a procedure that minimizes scarring and signs of aging by stimulating the skin’s own rejuvenation process. The micro needling pen creates tiny punctures that prompt the immune system to boost blood flow, produce new skin cells, and remodel collagen and elastin. It’s a natural process that helps the body produce tighter, smoother-looking skin. SkinPen® from Bellus Medical represents the latest generation of devices. SkinPen® has popularized microneedling with men and women with busy personal schedules. The procedure is minimally-invasive, sessions are short, and it requires little downtime. First find a good doctor and you will be on your way... Good Luck!
