It seems you have an overall nice result. You do have a mild indentation in the right lower lid and this could be a from a mild overcorrection but this is a known risk of the surgery though uncommon. I would speak with your surgeon about replacing the lack of volume in this area with filler or fat. Sometimes a discounted rate can be offered if you go back to the same provider.
