No hate to my doctor, I think he must have just not understood that I was asking for Natrelle Inspira Highly Cohesive (which is what I specifically wrote on all my signed forms). As it turns out, I just received my implant cards & he actually put in the Softtouch (SSX) rather than the Highly Cohesive (SCX) that I asked for. We had verbally agreed I’d be switching to “the gummiest, firmest implant on the market.” Are the Highly Cohesive (SCX) really only used for cancer patients? Confused.

I'm thinking of ordering some Hypafix Dressing Tape. Do you wipe down the incision with an alcohol prep wipe first or do you want to put something moisturizing over the scar before applying it I'm 6 weeks post op and going to need to be going back to my optical demanding job and need something that is going to keep tension And then what do you recommend for the belly button. I'm scared to massage silicone into it, I'm worried it's going to break up the scar and cause a keloid or something lol

5 months ago I had a thigh lipo and brazilian butt lift. But then my hospital without checking my surgery date offered me a Radiofrequency treatment. Afterwards, I found out that rf treatment can kill fat graft when received earlier than 1 month post-op. I am worried and stressed out that the rf treatment received on my thighs and stomach area near the bbl surgery site would have affected fat survival rate. And comparing my surgery photos month by month I feel like fat is sliding downwards.

I have always wanted a rhinoplasty but does it look like iI would also need other work done, possibly to my chin, to balance my side profile? What would be a realistic result to expect with my nose?

I had rhinoplasty The morphs looked like my nose but narrower and sloped from the side and slight uplifted tip However it went very wrong, The took so much cartilage away and over projected my tip, Can i restore some features of my old nose with revision?

I'm 38 YO mom of 2 girls age 5 and 7, both C sections. I lost 130 lbs 10 years ago after gastric sleeve surgery. Since I own a med spa that has morpheus, I have done at least 5 morpheus treatments to my stomach, arms and less of it to the thighs. I believe that is what has helped my skin bounce back better than most after my weight loss and subsequent pregnancies. In my perfect world, I would get a 360 body lift with muscle repair, lipo 360, lipo and skin tightening to arms and thighs with fat transfer to breasts and a breast lift. I have multiple sclerosis, hemiplegic migraines that are resolved now using estradiol patches and sublingual progesterone. I also have a rare genetic issue of bone mineralization that causes fibromyalgia like pain and I'm with pain management on butrans & norco. Due to these health issues, I'm afraid to get implants because I have progressive illnesses and even if I did not get breast implant illness I would worry that they are to blame. What all would you do if I were your patient? 360 vs extended tummy tuck? Implant vs fat transfer to breast? (I'm aware of the issues with it and multiple rounds possibly needed, just looking for a little more fullness I don't need huge boobs though it would be nice) Arm lift or do you think skin tightening is enough? Thighs I just want a little lipo and skin tightening there. If we do lipo to arms, legs and 360 torso, do you think there is enough fat to put in both butt and breasts?

Hello 12 years ago I had a breast augmentation and lift. 2 yesrs after, I had to have capsuluar contraction surgery to fix the R breast. Come present, I had a revision done in 2024 and replaced the implants due to some drooping. 3 years later, capsular contractions again. My question , I’m planning on having surgery to fix the capsular in the R breast again, but since I have to have surgery again, I want a reduction. I have 350cc’s presently, but was wondering if it’s possible to have a breast reduction surgery and have implants (smaller) to achieve the desired “perky” results ? And am I a good candidate for this procedure? I’m currently a D (possible DD) cup and would like to be a B cup. I’ve always had a lot of breast tissue and never wanted to have Big breasts, just back to my youthful self after 3 kids. So having a lift with implants is what my doctor recommended. I feel that I don’t even notice the implants with the extra breast tissue that I have.

I had a red about 8 years ago and would like to go smaller. My goal is to narrow the breast and remove side fullness, I would like to not have to wear a bra..…so maybe a small b cup.

I’m 5’1, I weigh 108 I would love implants but I’m not sure if UTM or OTM would suit best , or what kind of implants as well

Hi, I had my implants replaced 14 years ago. They look weird now and I’m wondering if something is wrong? Occasionally, I will have pain in my left breast. I get regular mammograms and do breast self exams so I know I’m OK in that regard. Any ideas what might be wrong with the implants? Should they be replaced ?

Are the newest silicone gummy implants still softer than saline implants?

I'm thinking of having a facelift w/a small amount of fat xfr to my cheeks via ps who only does faces. I would like to have lipo/tt w/fat xfr to my breast a few months after that (diffr ps). Is that ok? (56 yo, 5/3, 116lbs)

Length of time a surgical forehead lift and midface lift generally last?

I’ll be turning 45 this summer, I’ve also had four children and l lost over 100lbs two years ago. I have always had one “lazy” eyebrow bur it had become more pronounced and I’m self conscious of ir and the hallows of my eyelids themselves. Would a cosmetic procedure be appropriate right now?

I had tow surgeries to remove extra skin from my eyelid, while this improved my vision but the droopiness still remains. I have attached photos and I wonder if there any other procedures like a brow lift to improve droopiness. I am 40 yo. Thanks,

Will ptosis surgery be the right option for me? Will it also help reduce the big high crease of my eyes and make it smaller ?

I’m turning 35 in October and lately I’ve been very self conscious of my eyes (ignore colouring to hide pupils). I don’t like that my eyebrows don’t seem as lifted, I don’t like that my eyes don’t have an upward turn, and my biggest issue is that I always look tired under my eyes. My eyes always have a reddish/brown tint around them as well What would help me here? Upper and/or lower bleph? Filler? Other procedures or enhancements?
