Will BBL help get rid of brown spots on legs? (photos)

One doctor called these solar lentigos and another seborrheic keratosis. So Im not sure exactly what these spots are. I had 2 frozen off which left scars. I am scheduled for a series of BBL treatments. Will this be effective or will I need an ablative laser?

I can appreciate your concerns and address them with our patients daily.  We have had great eliminating brown spots with the PicoSure Laser with the FOCUS lens array.  We normally recommend a series of 4 treatments, spaced about 4 weeks apart.  This treatment is non-ablative and has no downtime.  You will typically have flushed skin in the treated area for 0-2 hours.  Because the laser does not damage the barrier of the skin, you can put on sun-screen (or make-up) immediately after the treatment and go back to work.  After your initial visit, a typical PicoFOCUS appointment is less than 1 hour. PicoSure works much more effectively than BBL for clearing brown spots.  We recommend finding an experienced physician in your area.  Treatment prices vary by market.
