Had rhinoplasty 10months ago and I feel like on tip of my nose crooked to the left. But my nose is straight in the middle. Is there any way to fix it ? Any recommendations?
Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job? That visualizing your nasal base, it is difficult to determine whether or not your tip is crooked. We can see that you're right nostril margin is higher than your left and this is leading to excessive nostril show on the right side. If this is what is irking you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for lowering in nostrils and for achieving improve nostril symmetry. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: NO- I Recommend Revision Rhinoplasty | Facial Plastic Surgery Nosejob Expert | Nostril Tip Asymmetry Crooked | Beverly Hills LA Hello and thank you for your question and pictures. Typically it takes up to 2 years for all the swelling to fully resolve, so if you are still unhappy with the appearance of your nose by now, you would need a revision rhinoplasty to properly correct your issue and to solidly reinforce the entire underlying framework to assure you get the BEST long term results (to prevent distortion and retraction from scarring forces over time). Anyone who tells you otherwise is doing you a HUGE disservice! Also, nasal filler (the main non-surgical option) would not correct your issue, and it carries the risk of BLINDNESS- and this risk is increased if you have had prior surgery (because the anatomy is distorted)! Revision rhinoplasty is truly a surgery of millimeters- they are the most technically challenging procedures in all of plastic surgery! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading revision rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). If you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with revision rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos If you can send your photos from the side profile, it may be possible to make a more accurate evaluation. But I can say that you seem suitable for a revision operation. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!

Answer: Wait 12 months Thank you for the photos. Usually the answer for correction after rhinoplasty is more rhinoplasty. Please wait until the 12 month mark for swelling to subside and see your surgeon for his/her thoughts

Answer: Subtle nostril asymmetry Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you appear to have subtle nostril asymmetry at 10 months post-op. Your surgeon may be able to help this with steroid or micro droplet collagen stimulation. If that does not help, a small mastoid fascia soft triangle graft under local anesthesia may help. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
