I am a 40 year old woman interested in having fuller, slightly larger and perkier breast. I am 5’2” and weight 150lbs. My current cup size is really an A cup but I purchased B cup to support the side tissue. As a teen my PCP told I may have tuberous breast. They have always been strangely shaped, droopy and small. Gaining losing weight has made the situation worse. I am ready to finally correct this problem. My question is, what needs to be done? Implant and lift? Where should the implant be placed? I definitely want to avoid the waterfall/snoopy effect I have seen in my research.

Hello docs! Im 28 and have some visual concerns about my breasts due to weight loss. I’m not sure which route is the best to go. My complaints: breasts look flat and deflated, nipple sits too low Im trying to avoid the fake boob look, I don’t want them large and balloon shaped. And im also trying to avoid having a large vertical scar on my breast, so a traditional breast lift isnt an option for me. Should i just get a small breast inplant to fill the void of volume? Will that add some volume to the top of my breast and lift my nipple a little bit and make them look less saggy? Or do you think implants are not enough and I’ll need some sort of lifting technique as well. Is there other lifting techniques that dont involve the vertical scar? What about the “internal mesh bra”. I see it advertised often but cant seem to find any reliable info on it. Could i just get the internal bra or should i get a small implant + the internal bra? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hello. I do not want any other work done to my nose besides the slight hanging. I had a consultation and we agreed columella reduction was appropriate for my wants. But I am second guessing myself. From the front my nose looks super long until i poke at mu columella to see what it would look like it wasnt drooping there. I avoid taking pictures from eye level because of droop. Its not the entire tip drooping.

I had a TT 5 years ago, and this dry x-shaped scaly patch has been presnt for the last 2 years. It’s growm in size. I apply moisturizers, and steriod creams, but nothing makes it go away. Any idea? Please help, thank you!

She has 7 years of experience with mommy makeovers and all her reviews are very positive. Her Instagram shows mommy makeovers as her specialty. Should I consider a consultation with her?

I had my surgery April of 2024, I noticed months later on December 2024 I had a rash along my scar line. I have been to 2 dermatologist and was put on triamcinolone and a steroid pill. Neither have worked 100% Now I am referred to a plastic surgeon as mine has closed since my surgery. Could this be surgery related?

I had my first reduction just ovr10 years ago now, my surgeon took me from a G to a C cup. I’m 5ft tall and currently around 135lbs, my weight has gone up and down in the past but I want to say even at the time of the first reduction I was probably around a similar weight, maybe a 5-10 lb difference I don’t remember. Anyway, Ive been at a consistent weight for about a year now, I’ve gone back up to a D cup bra, but my left is at least a whole cup size bigger than my right, and also has a lot of sideboob that I hate. My right breast is a C cup still. Im also having some neck and shoulder pain again, which is how I was able to get my first surgery covered by insurance. Would I Be able to go through insurance again? Can I be reduced to a B cup and get an internal bra? I do not have my previous records sadly as my surgeon’s practice has been closed for some time now, would I need to find out how to obtain those?

Hello, I had reduction surgery on January 28th. I am very happy with my procedure and the care from my surgeon. He is iverall conservative. I have mild hypertrophic scars under my left breast and around left areola. Surgeon see it recently and said it looked very normal and would not intervene now. I am using silicone gel (I am allergic to silicone tapes/sheeting). He said it will lighten be flatten with time. The scar on the left is march. The one on the right today. What you think? Should I do any treatment other than massage and silicone gel now?

I'm 5'2 115 lbs, bwd of 14. I breastfed 4 babies and are left with deflated 32/34 b's. I do not really want a lift. I want more volume and some upper fullness (basically just want more fuller beautiful breasts after bf). I tried on sizers yesterday and the final recommendation when I left was 405cc SRM Natrelle. The large number scares me, even though I understand my bwd is on the wide side. Will these make me look top heavy? Will these fit my petite frame nicely? I was hoping for a moderate plus projection to give me more oomph but she recommends moderate. I want some cleavage and fuller breasts. I do not want a super fake augmented look. I am just concerned with sizing and profile and need more clarification on it all and how they will probably look afterwards if I do choose 405s. Thank you

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Hello! Looking through lots of Surgeons galleries for mommy makeover. I’ve narrowed it down to a couple surgeons. The first is very reputable and has huge galleries. Lots of amazing results. However, he has enough boxy breast lift w/ implants to make me nervous. It is important to me that everything is round in the front view picture-without angles or squareness. The second surgeon is also reputable but smaller gallery. All his breast pictures are very round! No boxy ones. He has about 50 pics in the gallery (half as mthe other doc). So more consistent results. If I was only doing breasts I’d likely go to him! But the first is a tummy tuck pro! And has gained my trust in that realm. I’d love to go to him ultimately but have a hard time with his semi-frequent boxy look. Can he avoid this look if I tell him it’s important to me? Is there a certain best type that is more at risk for boxy appearance.

Hello, I’m a 37 year old woman who had a kid a year and a half ago. Before pregnancy my boobs were round and perky (C cup) and now they look deflated . I’m wondering If I needed a lift or not, As my nipples are not that low. I would prefer to have just implants, to avoid the scars. I went to a surgeon and he told me I needed a lift, with the “anchor” scar and I don’t like that idea too much. What do you think? Thanks

I can’t decide if I need a lower bleph, a fat repositioning, a fat transfer, or just some simple filler, or a combination of those treatments. Bleph: I worry getting a bleph will only make my tear trough look worse since I’m removing volume in that area. I also worry that a bleph will make my eyes look very sunken and hollow. I personally like my eye bags and think they look plump and healthy. Filler: my injector says she would use a cannula and a very thin small amount of filler to smooth the transitional area. But of course, everyone SLAMS filler, especially in the eye area, so this makes me worry about migration or looks unnatural and even more puffy. Fat repositioning: this might be a good option, but I can’t find any before and after photos online that show me how it approved a deep tear trough. Fat transfer: I would consider this as well, but worry about my body absorbing the fat unevenly or just the unpredictability of fat. I don’t wanna pay a lot of money for something that has “we will see” results. I have had consultations with 2 surgeons for this and a nurse injector. All 3 suggest different things, OF COURSE. So it’s so confusing!! The first surgeon I saw was an eyeball surgeon, specializing in eyes and face. She suggested a fat repositioning surgery, but she is 4 states away and wanted 12 thousand dollars, and she didn’t have any before and after pictures of people who had this done that had a similar issue as me, so I didn’t pull the trigger. I am a 30 year old pakistani female and I have hollow undereyes and dark circles which I've had since childhood. I am wanting to get a surgery done but I am still deciding what would work best for me. I wont consider filler due to the high risk of migration. I did 3 treatments of PRF and it did not make any improvement. I also have researched fat grafting but I heard there could be issues with migration or lumpiness down the line? Would a lower bleph surgery offer some improvement to my undereye area or would it make it look more hollow as they will be removing fat? Thank you
