It is always best for your surgeon to have all the medical information about you possible. This sounds like it is not an issue in your day-to-day life, and therefore should not be any issue with your breast augmentation surgery. If your surgeon is aware of this, there may be some additional padding placed underneath your knees during surgery to help take stress or strain off of your lower back to make you more comfortable after surgery. Best wishes.
Thank you for your photos. If you’re only concerned is the small shelf above your C-section scar, a mini tummy tuck will remove the scar and flatten and smooth the roll. If, however, you wish your entire abdomen to be smoother, flatter and tighter, then a full tummy tuck would be required. Discuss these options with your plastic surgeon for an in-depth explanation of the benefits and risk of each.
Hello, If you have Undetectable HIV and a good CD4 Count as well as normal Blood Test results and a Normal Cardiologist Evaluation, BBL with Fat from Hips and arm fat transfer is definitely possible. Jaime Caloca Jr., M.D.
Based on your photos, you are a good result for for septoplasty and rhinoplasty. There is absolutely no reason to not correct the septal deflection. And yes, the surgeon will have to support your tip properly after this is done. But if he/she can't easily discuss this with you, then you should look elsewhere for a surgeon. Also, most rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia, and if you are healthy, there's no reason not to do that. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, the best choice is a circumferential lower body lift (LBL) instead of a standard tummy tuck because LBL removes and lifts loose skin all around (abdomen, flanks, back, buttocks, outer thighs) and effectively flattens the front while lifting the back. Pair this with a breast reduction with a lift for your chest. Regarding the buttocks, many patients who have lost a lot of weight are poor candidates for BBL due to limited donor fat and lower...

Hi there! I’m Lauren, the aesthetic provider here at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. Both CO₂ laser and lower eyelid surgery can improve crepey under-eye skin, but in most cases, I recommend trying a deep CO₂ resurfacing first before considering surgery, especially if your main concern is texture and thinness, not excess skin.CO₂ is one of the most effective treatments we have for tightening and stimulating collagen in that area. When done by a provider experienced with skin of your to...
Marionette lines, as these are called, are a real problem in facial aging. They occur due to multiple factors and can be addressed somewhat during a facelift although they usually require a bit more than that to truly be corrected. The best approach at this point would likely be a combination of skin care, and hyaluronic acid fillers for a non-surgical improvement vs a secondary facelift with fat grating to further correct them.
