Hi! Im a 38 yo female, non smoker. My stomach has been my biggest insecurity and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight over the last 2 years. I’m curious to know what type of tummy tuck I would be able to get. I have not had children so I don think I need muscle repair, but please let I am wrong to assume that.

I had a full abdominoplasty 2 years ago and developed a seroma below my belly button. After having my drain for 3 weeks, it had to removed as it was falling out. I had the area aspirated about 5 times total with a steroid injected into the cavity twice. The area went flat for about 4 mths until it came back. Now about 2wks ago, went and got the capsule excised with a drain. Fluid was very low after 2wks so drain came out. Now bulge is back. Doing massage and compression. Help?!

Hi, I am due to have a second BA due to age of implants 13 years and natural sagging due to my age 56, I have been told I will need an uplift and implants, I am not keen on the uplift due to the scaring and just generally concerned about the extra work involved in this. Is it necessary to have an uplift, I think the surgeon was suggesting with out the uplift I would need bigger implants to fill the loose skin, is an uplift the only way forward. My implants are above the muscle and saline.

I have some asymmetry I am trying to correct, but I have gotten several opinions from different surgeons. Left breast has more hang/sag to it, but nipple is in a relatively good place. Not facing downward. Most of my breast tissue is in the lower pole under the nipple though, so I have no upper pole and its deflated. Right side is just smaller and a little deflated. I would say left side is 34B and right side is 34A if that. I want to avoid lift scars, but I want nice results too. I like a natural sag. surgeon A- suggested full lift on both with implants (said its easier to get symmetry when you can adjust both breasts) surgeon B- suggested unilateral lift (anchor) with implants. said a full lift on both is absolutely unnecessary and overkill. surgeon C- first suggested full lift with implants (said the same- its easier to get symmetry when youre able to adjust both breasts-until I reconsulted with him, and I explained I wanted to avoid a lift because of the scars, so he changed the plan and said we can do implants under the muscle dual plane for a bit of a lift, without actually doing a lift, and if i decided later I wanted an actual lift, I could still do that, so i wouldnt be burning any bridges. Those were his words. surgeon D- suggested unilateral lift and implants Would implants alone be enough? What kind of lift do i really need to achieve my goals? 46 healthy female, 5ft 1, 125 pounds. I’m interested in more upper pole volume, moderate size increase of 1 cup and minimal downtime. With the degree of ptosis that i have will I need mastopexy in addition to augmentation? TIA

When I was 13, I repeatedly pressed down on the left side of my nasal bridge and eventually experienced swelling and what seemed like a nasal injury. Since then, I've had a small dorsal hump on only one side of my nose. I'm now 18, and the hump is much less prominent than it was initially, but it's still present. One unusual thing is that I can temporarily press it flat with firm pressure, but it returns within seconds. My goal is simply to make that side look like the other side; I don't want to change anything else about my nose. If there was a very small natural hump before the injury, would that also need to be removed during surgery? What type of procedure would typically be used for this kind of asymmetrical dorsal hump? Could it be corrected with a closed rhinoplasty? I've attached photos, including some where I'm pulling the skin back to show the contour more clearly.

49 years old, ofamily and my chidren have the nose...but i want a subtle tip reduction at same time as lower face and neck lift. I like my nose from the front i just want the tip on profile to be reduced. What technuque can achieve this if it can be done?

I have not seen this shape of nose on a surgeons site and wanted to see what to even ask for. I want a straight slim nose overall.

Hello, I am 28 years old wanting to get a BBL. I had an accident this year and broke my tibia plateau, they placed an X-fix in my leg for almost 2 weeks before I had my repair surgery. During that time they found I had a superficial blood clot. I was wondering if that would be an issue for me to have surgery?

I am 38, have lost about 70 lbs and 10 months post-op from a tummy tuck, breast lift, and BBL done together by a high-profile board-certified surgeon. I originally wanted Lipo 360 and a dramatic BBL. I was advised I needed an abdominoplasty and I agreed but I preferred to stage my procedures. The surgeon recommended doing everything at once. At the last minute, I also added a breast lift. After four kids and weight loss, I know my skin lost elasticity, but I still expected a smoother, tighter result. I later learned I had a standard tummy tuck when I likely needed an extended one to remove flank skin. Only 300 cc of fat was transferred to each buttock, and my hips weren’t contoured despite my request for a curvier look. I’ve spent over $30,000 and traveled for surgery but still have loose skin, a bulge above my belly button, very boxy look, limited projection, and a crooked left breast. Loss of nipple sensation in left breast. My surgeon offered a revision with more lipo and fat grafting to the hips, but I feel a more extensive revision is needed. Would an extended tummy tuck help tighten the remaining skin and flanks? Can the bulge be corrected?

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?

I am considering liposuction for the breast area. After liposuction to the abdominal area, I gained a few pounds and it all seems to have gone to my breasts. Does anyone have experience with this? What are the benefits/risks? If this commonly done?

Good morning, I am about to do my breast reduction in 9 days. I weaned my two years old, but i realize I still have milk when I press hard around my nipples. My PS said it won't bother the procedure, but it stresses me out a little. Also, I breastfed more than 2 years so boobs are already empty and like they were before. So I am not concerned about the shape changing once totally dry but more the presence of milk still during and after procedure.

Hello. I am starting my reduction process. I have two questions. First question is will they reduce my nipples. I know the areola is made to be proportional to the new breast, but my nipples are larger than average at about 20mm. I’d like them to be around the 10mm mark that ive read is average. My second question is if im a good candidate at all. I have quite a few medical things that my insurance would need to approve, but wasnt sure with breast size. But because my frame and chest are large, I'm genuinely worried that going too small won't look proportional or "won't show." So I feel caught between natural and proportional. 5ft8 170 pounds. Getting lift and saline implants. My dr recommeded to try 500 to 700 sizers after showing pictures and exam. I wear 38 c now. Nursed 4 babies. 650 and 700 felt perfect for me. It was still hard to tell tho with the sizers as i shoved my own boobs in there too haha. I am afraid of going too small so i figured 700 is the right choice. But so hard to tell. Want them to be nice and full but not so obvious that they are fake. Or make me.look too top heavy in sweaters. Etc.

Could I please get some advice on whether I may be a suitable candidate for liposuction alone, without a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)? My main concern is excess fat around my abdomen, particularly the lower stomach area. I haven't been able to find any other photos or people that have experienced this - can someone please help? The surgeons at my clinic have assessed and are unsure. Also I have a flat hard wall behind the area that was liposuctioned, im not sure if thats linked with the blue/black type bruising - there is zero pain.

I have been thinking about upper eyelid surgery but then I am wondering whether it will be enough to open my eyes? I have very obvious extra skin on my eyelashes and a having a lower set brow does not bother me personally, as long my eyes are not covered by the skin. Can I do well just with the eyelid surgery (which is faster and less costly)?

I had an upper bleph one year ago and they took off 15 mm of excess upper eyelid skin. It looked good when it was swolen for 8 monthes and then the wrinkling/crepey skin came back. Is this an okay resukt or was i expecting too much from the surgery? Is there anything i can do to help myself?
