Scar revision 2 years after upper blepharoplasty. (photos)

I had upper bleph and eyebrow lift done at the same time about 2 years ago, I was left with scars very visible with my eyes open, they look brown and the right side is quite wide, I had about 3 sessions of fraxel laser done to the right side and it didn't help much, what are my options? would a scar revision be too risky for my case ?

Plato's Scar Serum with fractional laser may help, but ultimately a scar revision may be necessary.

There are many options for scars including scar revision with surgery and treatment with lasers, microneedling and PRP afterward. I suggest an in person evaluation for further assessment. Please see a board certified dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. Best, Dr. Emer
