BWD vs Breast Implant Diameter - Should I be going with a smaller high profile implant to be closer to my BWD?

I am getting a primary breast augmentation with silicone implants in two weeks. I recently had my pre-op appointment. Based on my goals and having tried on various sizers, my surgeon and I selected Sientra high profile 385cc round implants, dual plane. My rationale was that I loved the look of the 355cc sizers, but my surgeon advised that the healed implants would look a bit smaller and less projected. So, with that in mind, we felt it better to go a smidge bigger to account for the compression that placing it under the muscle will add, hence landing at 385cc.My question lies around my breast width diameter. My BWD was measured both physically and digitally at 10.5cm, whereas this implant has a base diameter of 12.5cm. Will this automatically spell doom for me?As we discussed at our consult and pre-op, I am hoping for noticeably fuller breasts with nice softness, more lower pole fullness than upper pole, nice cleavage, and a natural profile/slope.Does all of this sound reasonable? Should I be going with a smaller high profile implant to be closer to my BWD, or is it true that there is some wiggle room with respect to BWD and implant diameter, and that surgical skill plays a big part? I guess my only hesitancy with going forward is that the implants would be under too much tension and feel less soft than I'd like.I am 5'2" and 122 lbs, currently a 32B hoping to gain at least 2 cup sizes. My measurements right now are 33-26-38. I am petite in height but fairly curvy.
