Are there any doctors who specialize in doing a rhinoplasty, lip lift and lower lid blepharoplasty/fat repositioning for under eye hollows all in one? These are all on my wishlist but to save on anesthesia costs and life interruptions, I'd prefer to get them all done at once. Of course, I don't want to skimp on safety or quality though, so I would only go through ugh a 3-in-1 with someone who frequently does the combination bf has reliable results. Thank you!
Answer: Combo Surgery It’s absolutely reasonable to want to combine rhinoplasty, a lip lift, and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to reduce anesthesia exposure and recovery downtime. Many facial plastic surgeons—particularly those who are double board-certified—routinely perform this type of combination surgery, especially if they focus exclusively on facial procedures. The key is choosing someone who is highly experienced in all three, not just one or two. A consultation with a specialist will help determine if you’re a good candidate for this 3-in-1 approach and ensure it’s done safely without compromising your results.

Answer: Quite common Without photos, its hard to give recommendations, but rhinoplasty with lip lift is quite common done together and adding in lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition would have more swelling in the same areas but ideally a good combination. The question is your anatomy and if these procedures fit what is needed for you and the difficulties you might encounter (therefore seek a few opinions and ask questions) Be ready for 6-12 weeks of swelling / bruising and then chronic slow mild swelling for up to 6-12 months.

Answer: Combining multiple procedures at once Many procedures can safely be performed at the same time. Rhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty are commonly performed together as the surgical sites are separate and the healing is independent - both sites will be presentable in about 2 weeks. Lip lifts are a little different in that the blood supply to the nose can be interrupted by a lip lift. In the case of a closed rhinoplasty this may not be enough of an issue to preclude combining the two procedures, but in the case of an open rhinoplasty it's best not to perform these two at the same time.

Answer: Multiple procedures in one setting! Thanks klatte for your question! Yes, In a single day or setting , multiple procedures can be used to conduct a lower blepharoplasty, lip lift, and rhinoplasty. Combining plastic surgery on the face is really a very regular treatment. Benefits of Combining Techniques: Convenience: Since you only have to go through one recovery period following anesthesia, it could be easier to fit it into your schedule. Economical: Typically, anesthesia and facility costs are paid for just once, potentially saving money overall. Whole Results: Treating multiple areas at once may lead to a more harmonic and balanced facial rejuvenation. Reduced Long-term downtime: Although the early recuperation may be more difficult, you just have one downtime period instead of many different ones. Factors to Consider and Potential Risks: Longer Surgery Time: Combining operations will put you under anesthesia for a longer period of time, which may slightly raise some anesthesia-related risks. To determine whether you are a suitable candidate for a lengthier procedure, your surgeon will evaluate your general health. Potentially Severe Initial Recovery: You will be recuperating from several surgery sites at once. Compared to a single surgery, this might result in increased pain, bruising, and swelling in the early days and weeks. Increased Complication Risk: Combining lenghty operations might marginally raise the overall risk of problems including infection, hemorrhage, or poor wound healing, even though it is usually safe when done by a skilled surgeon. Selecting a board-certified plastic surgeon with a great deal of expertise doing several cosmetic surgeries at once is essential. Hope this was helpful! Best wishes, Dr Ali Sajjadian
