Skin crease/fold under brows 1+ year post-op from upper blepharoplasty - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I have already followed up with my original surgeon and now seeking additional input. I cannot seem to find any examples of my situation and it's very frustrating. I'm 52 and had an insurance paid for upper bleph to address drooping lids on my hooded eyes. I wanted a conservative approach. My results looked great for 6 months and then suddenly they became worse and worse developing a crease under each brow along with some skin laxity where the lid skin is just not taut or draping right. I definitely had some laxity/wrinkles going on before thus upper bleph alone prob didn't address/made worse. I would love to know: 1. is this a common occurrence? 2. what is happening anatomically to cause it? 3. what can be done to address it to achieve as natural result as possible to my original eye shape? A brow lift was offered during my initial consultation but my surgeon said I appeared to have okay brow positioning that I could approach a brow lift later, I also wasn’t looking to raise my brows or create a “surface” for better makeup application etc. I just wanted my sagging lid off my lash line. It appears whatever is needed now would be a multi pronged approach. I attempted some upper face botox and that only somewhat accentuated the issues making my eye more open but exposing more of the laxity in the lid along with brow crease. I don’t feel like filler or resurfacing would be helpful either long-term. Thank you in advance for any advice.
