Liposuction is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a thin, hollow tube called a cannula to remove localized areas of body fat. The cannula is inserted through extremely small incisions, and then moved back and forth to loosen excess fat, which is suctioned out using a vacuum or a cannula-attached syringe. Treated areas look slimmer and more contoured, and in better overall proportion to the rest of the body. However, liposuction is not a method for losing weight, and is not effective in eliminating cellulite, or tightening loose and sagging skin.

Mastopexy (breast lift) with breast augmentation is a combination procedure that lifts sagging breasts while increasing their size and enhancing their shape. Aging, pregnancy, weight loss and gravity can all cause breasts to sag. When sagging cannot be corrected by implants alone, augmentation mastopexy may be recommended. During mastopexy alone, excess skin is trimmed away, supporting tissue is tightened, the breasts are "lifted" to sit higher on the chest, and the nipple and areola are repositioned or resized. By adding augmentation with implants to the procedure, the breasts can also be made larger and firmer.

Dr. Spears is the BEST! Her office staff are so warm and welcoming as well. You really feel like you’re family when you’re here. I had weight loss surgery in 2018 resulting in a 150 pound weight loss. I’ve also had 3 c-sections. Because of those two things, I had a ton of loose skin that I wanted to get taken care of. I had a mini tummy tuck with liposuction 1/2/24. My experience with Dr. Spears and her amazing staff was exceptional. So far, I have to say I’m very pleased with my decision to have surgery performed by Dr. Spears.

There are no words for me to express my sincerest appreciation to Dr. Spears and her phenomenal staff. I suffered a fall about a year ago, which resulted in a back injury along with root nerve damage to my right hip & leg. I had no choice but to have back surgery. I saw Dr spears for breast reduction surgery. She was very professional and i was completely at ease Throughtout the process. The office has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff and dr. Spears are friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to see her for other issues.
