Facelift v neck lift to treat my loose jowls/jawline? (Photo)

I have a loose jowl/ jawline. Would I fix it with a necklift only or would it have to be a facelift too? I'm aging on my face but that doesn't cause me concern. My only insecurity is my chin/jowl. Please advise me on if it would be a waste of time.

If you get an endoscopic facelift that does not remove extra skin, be prepared to get a dissappointing result. It will do very little other than cost you money. I would rethink this idea

I would recommend a skin only lower blepharoplasty. I would recommend seeing a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ideally with 6 years of integrated plastic surgery residency training and ALSO a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by the Aesthetic Society).
