Arm liposuction options - which is best for me? (Photo)

I am 32, 75kg and 180cm and looking to get liposuction to remove excess fat from my upper arms. Would I be able to get a good result with traditional liposuction or am I likely to need an alternative option e.g. vaser liposuction?
