I've visited Dr. Medina on two separate occasions. He has consistently shown professionalism and a realistic approach to the procedures. It's common for patients to have unrealistic expectations regarding surgery, but Dr. Medina has been clear and accurate about what to expect. I underwent a mini face lift, turkey waddle removal, and breast reduction/lift with implants. I'm considering returning for two additional services at the appropriate time. I’ve had two procedures done by Dr. Salvador Medina; liposuction with transfer to buttocks (most commonly known as BBL) and periareolar breast lift with implants. I cannot express my gratitude towards him and his amazing team, they provided so much help pre/post op. Dr. Medina is very honest when you go in for consultation, and gives you an honest professional opinion, answers all your questions, and ensures you’re feeling 100% comfortable for surgery. For both procedures, I was admitted to their hospital overnight to ensure I was properly healing before being discharged. Overall, I was treated with outmost care by the entire staff. If you’re looking for natural results and boost in confidence, definitely reach out to him. Most people are skeptical when visiting Tijuana for any surgical needs, but Dr. Medina is certified not only in one of the best school in Mexico but in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Excellent surgeon, he trutly cares for his patients, makes you feel save, I am very happy with my results. I had a breast reduction and I was very scared about the recovery process but Dr. Medina talked me through not feeling scared and comforted me. After my surgery, my recovery was amazing, I never felt intense pain he was very honest since day 1 about my surgery and made me feel I was making the right decision.

After bariatric surgery I had a lot of excess skin and had a 360 by another plastic surgeon. Post surgery I had years of complications. I was introduced to Dr. Medina and he came in and almost had to redo the 360. His knowledge and talent in bariatric patient plastic surgery is outstanding. I have yet to hear of any complaints from any of his patients and have seen many patient testimonials including before and after pictures which all were amazing. For over 15 years I moderated 6 bariatric groups and this bariatric group had his own plastic surgeon, but none could compare to Dr. Medina. I highly recommend Dr. Medina no matter who did your bariatric surgery. He's amazing, He's very talented, He's very friendly, He's very easy to talk to and all around a great guy. I wish I would have found him before I had my original 360.

I had 3 skin removal/reconstruction surgeries with Dr. Medina. He is an artist. I lost about 150 pounds and I didn’t know if my body would ever look “normal.” The first time I met Dr. Medina, I asked him if i would ever be able to wear a bikini. He looked and me for a second and I could tell he was thinking. Then he said: yes. Yes you will. This year I bought (and wore) my first bikini. Simply the best experience with him and his staff. He also happens to be an amazing human - BONUS!!

I’m searched for about a year before I settled on dr Medina. I was traveling from Oregon and a bit nervous. Everything from being picked up from the airport to surgery was a breeze. A little about me…I carried twins to 38 weeks. I had a very large gap that I could never close in my abs even after physical therapy. So I decided to get the breast augmentation, tummy tuck with abdominal wall repair, and lipo. Dr Medina was very clear with realistic expectations. I was beyond thrilled with the outcome. I can questions after surgery for the next several weeks. He always answered me within a day. It’s been worth every penny. I’m considering going back for more lipo in the future. Love him!!

He thoughtfully listened to my concerns and carefully crafted a plan of action. I appreciate his honesty in regards to expectations. His team is all very personable and their new facility is beautiful with a great location.

Got several procedures done back in March. Love my results and will be returning in July for arms and breasts. Takes a few days to get a response but everyone is nice and caters to your needs. Overall, experience was good. Recovery has been a challenge but expected. Dr. Medina is amazing, he made me look exactly how I wanted. He took time to make sure he understood what I wanted. His staff was amazing as well. He is quick to answer back with all questions I have. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
