Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this single frontal view photo, you seem to have excess fat and skin on the abdomen. This is worse in the lower abdomen, with some fullness and sagging of pubic mons. You would benefit from a full abdominoplasty, liposuction of the abdomen, waist, hips pubic area. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation for a final determination on how to move forward. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos only without the benefit of a physical examination, you would do well with VASER Hi Def Lipo 360, abdominal etching and Renuvion/J-Plasma skin tightening. You might have some muscle separation in the central abdomen, but this is determined via an in person examination. Skin quality is important with this type of surgery and based on these photos you seem to have good elasticity. Thank you for your question. Abdominal etching is part of VASER Hi Def Lipo (VHD), and regular or traditional liposuction is fat reduction surgery. Higher BMI people cannot be sculpted or etched. Once you get to a BMI of 30 or less, body sculpting can give you muscular definition. This is a general guide, since I have patients with higher BMI than ideal, but they have thick bones and start our very muscular. In men, this is an all or none procedure. Cannot just "etch" the abdomen and not address the rest of the torso, otherwise you will end up with the upside down turtle look. VHD vs traditional liposuction are two different operations. The first one is done by a minority of plastic surgeons who are trained in this highly advanced technique, where ultrasound is used to treat the superficial and deep fat compartments, the latter is deep fat liposuction only with the aim to create a smaller silhouette. Yes, there's a price difference between the two techniques which give two different results. If you are interested in VHD, see a board certified plastic surgeon with expensive experience in body sculpting techniques. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. The abdominal wall does not need to be completely devoid of fat. A 1-2cm fat layer over the abdominal muscles is desirable. You cannot have a lot of visceral fat and subcutaneous fat with abdominal etching, it will look unnatural and disharmonious. If the fat layer is thick and one "carves" the fat, with weight gain the etching will droop and create an unnatural landscape. With weight loss you might discover the etching did not match your natural inscriptions or anatomical lines. Normally, there's a six pack, no 8 or 12 packs. Also, below the belly button there are no inscriptions. To create abdominal etching one must follow the true abdominal wall anatomy as asymmetrical as it may be and not create uniform "bricks" on the abdominal wall. The human form is asymmetrical and one must follow the bony and muscle anatomy to create natural results. It is not enough to create a "six pack" only without addressing the adjacent muscles of the rectus abdominis. One has to sculpt out the oblique muscles, the anterior border of the latissimus dorsi, the serratus anterior, pectoralis major muscles and pubic area. Simply creating a "six pack" only will create an upside down turtle shape. Also, the arms need to be sculpted if you have a well done abdominal etching, otherwise it will not look natural. In men, body sculpting is all or none. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos only, without the benefit of a physical examination you will need a tummy tuck and liposuction. These surgeries are not mutually exclusive, some surgeons combine these procedures for best results in the right surgical candidate. Safety should always come first and not everyone can have a combined procedure. A tummy tuck will not alter your back, but doing liposuction of the torso circumferentially, can reshape it into an hourglass figure. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. You are asking about "full body" contouring, but show limited body photos and full thighs and legs. Based on these posted photos only, without the benefit of a physical examination, you can get good improvement of liposuction of the lateral (saddle bags) and medial thigs, knees, calves and ankles. With calf liposuction you can get significant swelling and need to wear compression stockings up to 4-6 months. If you also wish to have body contouring (360 degree liposuction of the torso), I would recommend staging these surgeries for safety reasons, with the body sculpting done first. The lower extremity surgery can be done later. Fat transfer to the breasts can be done with the body contouring. Most likely you can get 1/2 cup size increase from one fat grafting session to the breasts. Please post full body photos if you would like guidance in a surgical approach. Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos only, without the benefit of pre-op photos and a physical examination, here are my observations: • You have upper abdominal fullness, which could be due to excess fat, intra-abdominal visceral fat, or a muscle repair that is not tight in the upper abdomen. • You have a rectangular shape to your torso, with limited hip or waistline definition. • You have excess fat on your lateral chest wall and back. You can safely proceed with VASER liposuction of your upper abdomen; you do not need to wait longer. However, for optimal shape improvement and an hourglass figure, I would recommend 360-degree VASER liposuction. I highly recommend consulting with your original surgeon or seeking an in-person evaluation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in advanced body sculpting techniques. Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos only without the benefit of a physical examination, most likely you will need a lift with your augmentation. You do have low lying asymmetrical breasts and with an implant centered behind your areola, you will end up with a "rock in the sock" deformity. The larger the implant, the more sagging. If the implant is placed to give you an upper pole fullness without a lift, you will end up with a "waterfall" deformity. One of your goals is to have superior pole fullness, which necessitates a lift. You might want to re-consult with your chosen surgeon and express your concerns. If not satisfied, seek other in person consultations. You have to feel confident in your surgeon's plan to deliver what you want to achieve. Cutting corners can lead to less than optimal results and further surgery. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. Gynecomastia can be treated medically in rare conditions, so an evaluation by an endocrinologist might be helpful. However, in most cases, surgical removal is more definitive. Weight loss can help reduce the fat volume in the breasts, but it will not remove the glandular aspect of gynecomastia. Based on these photos alone, without the benefit of a physical examination, you do seem to have significant male breast enlargement. Most men desire a more muscular chest, not just smaller breasts. As a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in male chest and body sculpting with advanced techniques, I treat gynecomastia with VASER liposuction and gland excision via an intra-areolar incision. The lateral chest wall needs to be defined to show the pectoralis major muscle's lateral border—a detail that is often not addressed by most surgeons. From your lateral view photo, it is evident that you have excess lateral chest wall and armpit fat, and these must be removed with liposuction. I highly recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques. Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photos. Gynecomastia by definition is enlarged male breast which is made up of breast glandular tissue and fat. Based on you photos only, without the benefit of an examination, you do have significant chest enlargement that resembles female breasts. As a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in male body sculpting of the chest and body, I would treat the whole chest with VASER liposuction, fat removal and then gland excision via an intra-areolar incision. It is not enough to treat the anterior chest wall only, the gynecomastia or man boob goes into the lateral chest wall beyond the pectoralis major muscle lateral border. Working out or losing weight might make your breasts smaller, but it will not remove the gynecomastia. This is a one time (if done correctly) surgical procedure. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
