The surgery itself was 100 times easier than I had imagined

I can't say enough about this skilled surgeon. During the initial consultation Dr. Darrow listened attentively to my areas of concern. He explained what procedures would be best for me and why. I knew I wanted a neck lift and my jowls diminished. I also thought i wanted my eyes done but he told me he did not recommend any eye surgery at this time.
