So I've noticed that in the last year I've developed unsymmetrical hips. Mainly, the dip in my right hip has gotten out of hand... I've always had dips in my hips, it's just my bone structure (that and the fact that I have X-formed chicken legs), but this isn't normal any more, it looks really weird and unattractive. Is there anything I can do about it? Anything that could've caused it? I've been sitting a lot with crossed legs and I'm also wearing skinny jeans most of the time.. ?
