Breast lift with under the muscle implants Do i need a revision?

I carried two large children and have had two c sections. My youngest is one and a half. I had three consultations with three different surgeons for a tummy tuck. Two recommended full tummy tuck and one (with a lot more experience than the other two) recommended a float. With the full tuck both surgeons seemed unsure they could do it without a vertical scar. With the float, he reassured me that he wouldn't lower my bb more than a cm. Which one should I go with? My diastasis is about 5cm at the umbilical and runs up to my sternum. I'm 50kg, 167cm and at my normal weight. My core is functionally strong but the diastasis remains wide when I'm not flexing my core and causes me to look pregnant.

I dislike moving the belly button with a full TT. I don't have kids, not want them. I'm 39f and looking for something least invasive because I'm an RN and have to push and pull patients. I'm only allowed two weeks to recover.

I have always had a very bulbous nose, with a divot on the very bottom, there are bumps on the sides that make me extremely insecure. I just want the bumps to be gone and the bottom to not have a divot. Is that possible to achieve? And what would that be around cost wise? I know an exact cost cannot be given and I totally understand that, but I'm just trying to gain an idea of what I’m looking at. This has been a lifelong insecurity and I just want to be okay with my appearance. I will attach photos. I am aware that my septum piercing would have to be removed for any surgery. Thank you!

Dear Doctor, Two years ago, I had hyaluronic acid injections (Genefill & Beadmax) in my hip dips to add volume, but the results lasted only one month. Today, I want to undergo a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). My surgeon asked me to get an MRI, and two years later, there is still some product present. MRI findings: - No thickening of the skin tissues in the area. - No evidence of bone abnormalities. - Integrity of the hip joints. - No peritrochanteric bursitis. - No pelvic mass syndrome. - Subcutaneous edema in the right and left trochanteric regions without signs of inflammation at this time. I am determined to proceed with my BBL. The radiologist advised against hyaluronidase injections and recommended letting the product resorb naturally. In your opinion, can I proceed with my BBL? If I need hyaluronidase to move forward with the BBL, how long after the injection should I wait? Will the product fully resorb? Thank you so much for your help.

Good morning, I am about to do my breast reduction in 9 days. I weaned my two years old, but i realize I still have milk when I press hard around my nipples. My PS said it won't bother the procedure, but it stresses me out a little. Also, I breastfed more than 2 years so boobs are already empty and like they were before. So I am not concerned about the shape changing once totally dry but more the presence of milk still during and after procedure.

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

I am currently 34b but have no volume up top. my left BWD is 11 and my right is 10cm. I want to be no bigger then a nice full c with more volume up top and im stressing about how many cc to get. I am also worried they'll look too far apart because of my wide cleavage? with high profile make that look weird or suit my frame size well? Im stressed any help would be great!!

I have had my implants for over 10 years now. They are silicone and put under the muscle. Everything seemed to go beautifully. One very strange thing that I noticed a couple months after the surgery is when I bent over specifically in the shower to shave my legs, a feeling of my left implant getting stuck to something occurred. I am assuming this would have happened immediately. I was just pretty cautious with my movements for a while because of the surgery. Anyhow, this would continue happening throughout the years, but it seemed that if I kept my back very straight while bending over and not slouch, it would not happen. Fast-forward to now which is over 10 years later, it’s happening all of the time and not just in the shower. They started about six months ago. At first, I didn’t even put two and two together. I thought there was something wrong with my heart. Through much testing on my heart, my heart is just fine and that is not the problem. This brings me to realizing that this all started after I got my breast implants well over 10 years ago and things are now getting much more frequent and worse. What could this be is the implant getting stuck on a rib or something? I get regular mammograms which my implants are moved around, etc. So it’s not like it is stuck all of the time. Please help this is very weird and getting scary!!

I am looking to get a breast augmentation, and have had two consultations. 1 surgeon said I can not go higher than a 275 full profile Motiva, the other said a 320 demi profile would be the max. My breast width diameter is 10.5, and per the motiva chart that would be 230 in the demi profile, and 275 in the full. I definitely want demi profile ergonomix, but a 230cc will not give me the results I am looking for. Is going to 320 demi profile safe even though the BWD for that size should be 11.75cm?

I recently had a consultation where I was recommended a minimum of Motiva Ergonomix Demi 260 cc. However, I’m worried that this might look too large on my frame. My goal is very small, natural-looking breasts with minimal projection. I don’t want a pushed-forward or round look. I mainly want to look proportional and balanced with my body. I also don’t want the breasts to look widely separated, but I specifically want to avoid strong projection. My breast base width is approximately 11–11.5 cm. Based on this, would a smaller size in the 200–250 cc range be more appropriate for achieving a natural, low-projection B cup? And which Motiva Ergonomix profile and size would best suit these goals? I was thinking about 220cc or 235cc Mini. I am 55kg 166cm and I have athletic build. Also should I go under or over the muscle?

I'm trying to ascertain wether the laxity in my upper arms could be improved with liposuction/liposculpture or if I would need a brachioplasty. I'm 37 now and my upper arms have always been disproportionatly large but they are sagging more as I get older

I lost 70 kg in a relatively short time, 8 months exactly, and now I can't get used to the shape of my head. I know my fat face wasn't good either, but somehow I was used to it. I would like a SHORTER and wider head, so that it is not so narrow and widens at the forehead. I would like more feminine procedures. Now 24 hours a day I'm racking my brain about which procedure I need. Would a facelift help, what kind exactly, because there is an eternal debate between SMAS and Deep Plane? Implant in cheek and chin implant, maybe. I have definitely decided to do procedures on my face, but what procedures would you do to achieve a ROUNDER AND SOFTER LOVELY APPEARANCE OF THE FACE. I don't like this POINTY FACE . I can't stop researching but I'm in a vicious circle so I would appreciate your professionally opinion
