What grade acne scarring is this? (Photo)

Grading vs treatment.

Even though a lot of my scar revision techniques were taught by Assoc Prof Greg Goodman, I don't usually use the Goodman scale to grade acne scars. I tend to classify them of their subtype. In your case, you have mixed, atrophic, and tethered scar types. You may have others that I can not see from the photos.
The solution is a mixture of scar revision techniques including fractional lasers, INFINI, surgical subcision and dermal fillers.

Laser skin resurfacing for acne scars

I would use a combination platform which includes subcision, fillers, ematrix RF, laser resurfacing, and fractional RF and laser.

Acne Scars

Acne scars such as yourselves can be best treated with lasers such as Fraxel and eMatrix.  You have acne scars that can be best treated with lasers and injections such as Sculptra.  Best, Dr. Green
