I’m feeling super conflicted on what to do. My deflation/ptosis came from weight loss only and I might still have kids, which could ruin a lift. My breasts look extremely saggy to me and I thought forsure an aug alone wouldn’t be an option. However, 2/4 surgeons said I was borderline and could do without until I have kids, though I wouldn’t be as happy with the result as if I got a lift. One surgeon told me I don’t need a lift, and he would not perform one. One wants to do a donut lift and said an aug alone isn’t an option and he won’t do it. I don’t want to do nothing because I’m super self conscious of my current situation, but it just feels like I’m in a no-win predicament. Ive also heard some not so great things about donut lifts. My notch to nipple measurements are 21 and 22 cm and my ptosis levels are 1 and 1.5 according to the surgeon who said I need a lift. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Looking at my anatomy, what is the biggest factor that will determine whether I can achieve noticeable upper-pole and inner-pole fullness with augmentation alone? Are there any anatomical limitations that would make that goal difficult? My consult advised me I would achieve a very full but natural look with good inner/upper pole using a plan of UTM, wirh Mentor Boosts 400-500cc and felt very confident that I would not need a lift - but I can’t help but worry I’ll end up with no cleavage and bottom heavy result. Additional opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me if my breasts look tubular/tuberous. I’m also thinking about getting implants and wanted to know if implants alone would work or if I’d likely need a lift. I’ve never had kids. Thank you.

I am 37, female, 130 lbs, 5’7, I’ve had 3 babies via c section. I have an upcoming breast revision and I’m wondering how this could be addressed

I’m 5’0” and went from 152 lbs to 119 lbs with a GLP-1. Really wasn’t expecting everything to be so loose and lumpy, but here we are :/ I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place where, if I lose anymore belly fat, I could be left with more skin laxity. I’m especially frustrated with the fat/skin/whatever they are pockets beneath my breasts. I’m also looking at getting a breast lift/aug to address the deflated appearance I’m left with and want to make sure I have the best “foundation” possible to put the new breasts on. Just wondering what I might be a candidate for and/or if anyone has any thoughts on if attempts at further fat shedding will just make the situation worse

I had a liver resection when I was 20. I’m now almost 28 and have lost over 100lbs, finished having babies and am looking into tummy tuck procedures. Does the existing scar tissue make for a more complicated tummy tuck? I am at a healthy BMI but I still feel like my stomach is very large. the photo shown is after microneedling my scar , that is why it was red in the picture. It does not normally look like that :)

I have psoriasis in my belly button and wonder if I can just have it removed and a new one created rather than try to attach the old one (which will have associated skin problems)

Im interested in a cartilage rhinoplasty to fix my button nose. I live in the United States and was wondering if it was worth it to go to other countries (Thailand) to get the procedure done. Im also wondering how much I can expect my nose to change with the surgery.

I had Lipo and bbl 3 months ago and I can't see any different in my butt and I have gained weight and end up with loose skin on my lower back. How do I get rid of the loose skin.

I'm 55 and plannimg for a mommy makeover. I have been fighting this cold off and on about 2 weeks now. My surgery date is in 3 days. How long should I wait to be strong enough for this surgery. I feel a little better but don't know if my body is ready yet. Please advice me as to how long is safe to wait till I go under the knife?! Thanks. Melody

I am having a TT, existing implants removed, fat injections and lift in breasts, and lipo. My issue is that i have external hanging hemorroids. Not only is this embarrassing, but i dont know if this can complicate the surgery or recovery.

Wondering if it’s possible to have a partial hysterectomy and abdominoplasty at the same day?

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?
I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

I am 75 and considering getting a deep plane lift. I had silicone injections around my nasolabial areas and lips about 25 years ago without any problems. I explained this to a surgeon during a consult and he assured me that he would not touch that area. I lalso would need a neck lift with this face lift. Would he be able to successfully be able to do this? Also what is an endocrine lift?

Hi all! I am an almost 49 year old woman who has 3 pregnancies. I had a consult recently with a highly recommended local plastic surgeon to address my lower belly pooch. She recommended a tummy tuck for the best result. I was hoping for lipo but she thinks I will be left with sagging skin and would be unhappy with the result. She also thinks I am a great candidate for CoolSculpting. In fact, she has said that she thinks that she would prefer coolsculpting for me over lipo. I was surprised to have been presented with the option of a TT as I am not chasing perfection. I just want to remove the belly pooch that has accumulated over the last 4 years or so and slim my love handles. Thoughts on coolsculpting versus lipo? I respect my surgeon so I am not taking their recommendation lightly but the horror stories of Coolsculpting are giving me pause. I will also add that my Plastic Surgeon’s office is very highly respected in my town and their CS provider is highly regarded as well.

I have an inverted triangle shape I’ve had lipo and a bbl but my back still look huge. Will full back and buffalo hump help?

Thank you for reading. My eyes have become sunken over the last few years, hopefully it's obvious by the photos that they don't protrude as much. They've also gotten noticeably darker (and my vision has gotten worse). What can be done to open them back up as much as possible to how they were before? I've looked at canthoplasty/canthopexy and upper/lower blepharoplasty, but have no idea which one (or all) would be most appropriate. Any guidance welcome.

Hello, as a kid I’ve had Ephithetial folds and was wondering if I’m able to get them back by surgery the way my eyelids are now?
