White raised scars after electrodesiccation of sebeceous hyperplasia on nose. (photos)

A few years ago , I got treated with electrodesiccation to remove the little bump on my nose , at first I thought I would finally be free of ugly bumps on my nose , but right after a month it turned white and a little bit raised which is makes my nose look deformed than before. I consulted with many dermatologist and they said my skin is oily and burning of skin actually whitens it (that's the time I knew I made the wrong move) .

Treatment of your nose begins with laser resurfacing, chemical peels, Ematrix RF, Melapads, and erbium laser.

I have found the best treatments for this are a combination. Nothing "cures" this completely but you can get improvement with Fraxel or viva and microneedling with PRP. a laser resurfacing may help.  I suggest only seeing an expert as skin care and sun protection will be essential as well.
