This is a simple milia that can be removed by your dermatologist without any problem.  Even an aesthetican with skill can do well with this issue.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Eyelid clogged pore?

Yes, this is a whitehead or milia.  It essentially is a clogged pore that is not uncommon to get.  It is not dangerous and can be extracted.  Sometimes it is difficult to do this yourself and your dermatologist or cosmetic specialist can remove this.  One thing to note is certain products can cause milia such as make up products or eyelash growth products.  Try to use products without talc and note if you are seeing more milia
show up have you started any new skin care or hair products prior to this trend.  Good luck!
