How to improve hypertrophic scars on nose?

I have dark skin and I have some hypertrophic scars on my nose and chin for almost about 10 years now. I think they are not keloids as they stay the same size. Please let me options someone with such scars have. Despite that, there are so many others scars on my face. Can they be treated while I already have those hypertrophic scars?

I would treat this with a combination of hyfrecation, Melapads, and ematrix RF to reduce and smooth the contour irregularities.

These are best lasered off but it takes a series of treatments to get improvement.
