Yours is a very common concern! The most noticeable conbributing factor is the formation of grooves calld tear troughs, which can be tricky to treat. Options include dermal fillers (temporary with variable treatment duration) versus under eye surgeries involving fat transposition from the cheek vs transfer from elsewhere. Based on your photo, you are a good candidate for lower lid fat removal coupled with laser resurfacing of the skin and fat injection into the tear trough. This can result in a nice smoothing of the lower lid area which looks very natural. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Lower blepharoplasty is good procedure to address deep circles, tear trough deformity. Transconjuctival blepharoplasty where incision is placed inside the eyelid may be best option in your case; periodical fat grafting is also to be considered. Good luck.
