I have had "tired" looking eyes for my whole life, and I am looking for the best treatment/procedure to treat the area under my eyes. Thank you!
Answer: Nonsurgical Treatments For "Tired Eyes" There are several nonsurgical treatments for "tired eyes" that are worth considering. A nonsurgical robust HA filler cheek augmentation can not only contour the cheeks, but secondarily smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the lower lids, thereby diminishing bags and dark circles. A series of in-office superficial peels, using high concentrations of glycolic or salicylic acid, Jessner's Solution, or low concentrations of TCA coupled with the regular at-home, topical use of prescription strength retinoids, and alpha hydroxyacids can further improve the tone and textural appearance of the periorbital region. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist who can help you with all these approaches. Hope this helps and best of luck. .

Answer: Lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty Lower blepharoplasty is good procedure to address deep circles, tear trough deformity. Transconjuctival blepharoplasty where incision is placed inside the eyelid may be best option in your case; periodical fat grafting is also to be considered. Good luck.
