Do I need rhinoplasty for my close set eyes? (Photos)

These last few months I have been really not self confident and keep seeing my self as really ugly and I cannot help it, and it is making me depressed. I’m just wandering is there anything I can do to fix my face.

Under this psychological status you should never get any type of surgery, to begin with.
I wouldn't say you have reason to have that complex of not looking good, give it a try to do heavy sports, healthy dieting, set yourself intellectual challenges and change dramatically all your looks (hairstyle, attire, shoes, etc). Turn your aesthetics upside down once or more until you get the kick you need to feel confident.
Don't trust plastic surgeons... they stare at your eyes but think about your bank account ;)

The only reason to consider rhinoplasty surgery is if you have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance and or function of your nose for a long time. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

You are not at all a bad looking guy.
Your facial aesthetics are fine.
It doesn’t matter so much if your eyes are a little close together.
Overall, your face has good balance, and you have strong masculine features.
The position of your orbital sockets is based on your skeletal structure cannot be fixed with a simple procedure.
My best recommendation is to give you a reassurance which I’m trying to do.
The more you focus on your facial aesthetics, especially having surgery the worst you’re going to feel about this.
Try to simply drop it and not think about it.
When it comes to male aesthetics a good sense of confidence goes further than just about anything else.
Maybe easier said than done.
I believe your concerns will dissipate with age.
