Hello docs! Im 28 and have some visual concerns about my breasts due to weight loss. I’m not sure which route is the best to go. My complaints: breasts look flat and deflated, nipple sits too low Im trying to avoid the fake boob look, I don’t want them large and balloon shaped. And im also trying to avoid having a large vertical scar on my breast, so a traditional breast lift isnt an option for me. Should i just get a small breast inplant to fill the void of volume? Will that add some volume to the top of my breast and lift my nipple a little bit and make them look less saggy? Or do you think implants are not enough and I’ll need some sort of lifting technique as well. Is there other lifting techniques that dont involve the vertical scar? What about the “internal mesh bra”. I see it advertised often but cant seem to find any reliable info on it. Could i just get the internal bra or should i get a small implant + the internal bra? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

I am 1 year PO and happy with size and shape of my implants. I am very unhappy with my nipple placement. They are very asymmetrical. I got 295 cc in the left and 345 cc in the right UTM natrelle SRF implants. Recently, my right breast has been feeling internally tight and when I squeeze it I can feel what seems to be a bubble at the base of the implant, but the implant still feels soft to the touch. My left breast feels cohesive with my body but my right one feels like a foreign object/implant. My original surgeon is no longer practicing and another surgeon recommended I accept the nipple placement since there was asymmetry prior to my procedure. They also mentioned the tightness could be related to muscle soreness. Would another opinion be worth it? I’m looking for guidance and advice on if there is anything I can do to improve these concerns, or if I truly need to accept my body.

I'm a fit , 5'6 125 pound, 59 yr old woman hoping to get a tummy tuck & face lift before I retire in a few years, & have working income to pay it off. I have 30 yr old post partum stretch marks with lax abdominal skin that I have wanted to repair forever but have not had the $. This is a big deal for me & something I have thought about forever but could not afford due to family responsibilities. Am I too old for a tummy tuck with expectations of bikini worthy abs? The stretch marks are pretty deep. Also, where are reputable surgeons with great track records that I can realistically afford having this done? I want my confidence back but I don't want to over leverage myself financially & risk my health as well

I never completely hated my nose till recently i have been fixating on it. Ive always been self conscious of my smile due to my teeth not showing well. I really don’t want to do veneers but someone had mentioned a rhinoplasty may help due to being larger compared to my other features. I am really scared to do a rhinoplasty bc ive heard mixed reviews but when i smile i fixate on how my nose turns down and my bump.

Bleeding during rhinoplasty I wonder why some anesthetists put throat packs in the throat during surgery and not others and if you don't put these packs how are the tracheas protected from blood aspiration during surgery apart from the tube you put in the throat. Is it not always necessary to use throat packing during rhinoplasty/septoplasty?

Could I get some advice on what can be done with my nose please? I have a weird split in the middle of the bone and the tip is also bulky and droopy. I would like to have as little surgical intervention as possible, can the bone be fixed with nose fillers so I can only have surgery for the tip? Thank you!

I’m 23 and weigh 110 pounds at 5’3 for height. Am I currently too skinny to get a bbl or if I could get one currently, would the results even be noticeable? Should I gain more weight?

Hello, I’m 25 years old. I’m currently 5 feet and 2 inches and 115 pounds. I was wondering if I’m a good fit for a skinny BBL because I have some hip dips and loose skin and fat on my belly and my back I would like to fill the hip dips and then give them more a plump look on my butt. I’m also looking to have a kid in like the next four years would my BBL will be wasted if I am pregnant and going through a childbirth. thank you so much and also I have been working out for one month

I’m 24 & had 4 kids. I want to get a breast reduction (im a 32g) I also want to get a liposuction & add some of the fat to my butt & hips but make it look natural not too extra. I wanted to see if it’s possible to do a breast reduction, lipo & maybe a skinny bbl all in one procedure? & if i qulaify? My bmi is 25.3 Idk what would look better on me? Help please!

I wanna know how small I can go from 38G with breast reduction and lifting, is it gonna be possible to see under my boobs after surgery? And will I need FNG to be C cup? Will I be able to breastfeed? And for armpit fat can I get rid of that fat while breast reduction or liposuction will be needed? Plus I’m 5”3 and 150 pounds. Should I lose weight before surgery?

Black female. My surgeon stated a free nipple graft is required if I want to go down to a D cup, from my current G cup.

After my breasts dropped I noticed wrinkling and sagging where my cleavage should be flat and smooth. I’m guessing the weight of my breasts is causing it and I’m really worried there’s nothing to be done. I went from 38 J to 34 DD though I had hoped to go smaller. This looks really bad in bikinis and low cut tops. please tell me it’s fixable!

I'm 5'2 115 lbs, bwd of 14. I breastfed 4 babies and are left with deflated 32/34 b's. I do not really want a lift. I want more volume and some upper fullness (basically just want more fuller beautiful breasts after bf). I tried on sizers yesterday and the final recommendation when I left was 405cc SRM Natrelle. The large number scares me, even though I understand my bwd is on the wide side. Will these make me look top heavy? Will these fit my petite frame nicely? I was hoping for a moderate plus projection to give me more oomph but she recommends moderate. I want some cleavage and fuller breasts. I do not want a super fake augmented look. I am just concerned with sizing and profile and need more clarification on it all and how they will probably look afterwards if I do choose 405s. Thank you

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Female, 39 years old, 121 pounds, height is 5’6. Skin type is very firm.

II' looking to get a 360 lipo . I have a very flat bum . . I've tried working out to get a better definition but it doesn't seem to do much. I'm also not looking for A bbl type of figure . I just want to Look better in my clothes and have a defined waist as I've never had that . Do I need to get a bbl or will a lipo 360 give me a reasonable shape. It's hard to know because all the pictures I see alll include a bbl. Also can I get away with not habing a tummy tuck . As a black skin woman , I'm concerned Of keloid . Also breast lift no implants . I have small frame so I just want a seemless looking appearance after 2 kids

I had lipo done 8 months ago to correct glute asymmetry. Unfortunately my right butt cheek still bigger than the left. I was told that even if I did fat grafting or lipo it wouldn’t correct the asymmetry. What can be done to correct it ?

Thinking about getting liposuction on abs. I've had a couple kids but I may have one more. heard two schools of thought- it's ok to get done now before I get pregnant again because the tissue doesn't stretch as much if there's not as much fat in that area. but I've also heard that liposuction causes scar tissue and makes the skin less pliable which makes it more likely that you get stretch marks. Which one is true? I am lucky that I have no stretch marks from my other pregnancies, trying to avoid it with my last one. Any insight would be great, thanks!
I am feeling very self-conscious about the skin under my chin after lipo+laser and another round of just laser treatment to correct. Any advice for someone on a budget trying to fix it?

Woman 37 y.o. I had these hereditary under eye hollows since childhood with not enough volume. I tried restylane under eyes 5 years ago which improved the area but it gave me Tyndall effect. I still have around 20% of the filler left. I wonder if lower blepharoplasty or fat transfer could help? Or any other procedure? Unfortunately I don’t have PRF or Renuva in my area if that an option.

Hello! Im really trying to find a solution for my under eyes. The puffiness itself doesnt really bother me, it’s just the very deep and long tear trough line that really exaggerates the eyebags and makes me look 10 years older. If i get a lower bleph, will that actually adress the tear trough line or will i have to add volume back one i get the bags removed? should i get a lower bleph? Should i combine it with a fat transfer or filler to treat the tear trough? Or do you think that the eyebags looks fine, but maybe i just need to treat the tear trough with something like filler or fat to smooth out the transitional area?

I am a 30 year old pakistani female and I have hollow undereyes and dark circles which I've had since childhood. I am wanting to get a surgery done but I am still deciding what would work best for me. I wont consider filler due to the high risk of migration. I did 3 treatments of PRF and it did not make any improvement. I also have researched fat grafting but I heard there could be issues with migration or lumpiness down the line? Would a lower bleph surgery offer some improvement to my undereye area or would it make it look more hollow as they will be removing fat? Thank you

Hi there I recently saw a surgeon regarding a lower blepharoplasty. He said I would be a good candidate but mentioned the procedure would involve dissolvable sutures along the orbital bone (just under the eye socket). I have anxiety and I hate the idea of a foreign object being left under my skin. I know it sounds ridiculous but it worries me. He said the sutures could take up 6 months for the suture knots to fully dissolve. He also said I could opt out of having the sutures along the lower eye socket but it means that area will look 'flat' and not as natural. Are there any other options to remove my eye bags which won't involve underskin sutures in that area? Thank you

Am I a candidate for skin pinch under my eyes?

Hello! I am 26 and unfortunately in the last year my face sagged down so fast (didn't lose any weight, don't smoke nor drink etc.) i became unrecognizable. I have now visible marionette lines, deep nasolabial folds and the fat loss in my face is so severe my eyebrows sagged down along with the eyelids and i can't do eyeliner like i used to a year ago anymore. I really want to look normal for my age but i don't know which procedure would be best

I am 72 yr old. It really bothers me my wrinkles around my mouth and upper lip. I've done fillers, but don't see much of the result. What will you suggest?
