Vaser Liposuction with Pacemaker

can i have vaser liposuction if i have a pacemaker?

A: Vaser Liposelection: an liposuction option

Vaser is ultrasound-assisted liposuction and is NOT for people with pacemakers.  If you are otherwise healthy and are medically cleared for elective plastic surgery, then you might consider traditional liposuction with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon (not a "cosmetic surgeon", as they often aren't plastic surgeons at all!).

Lipo for my Stomach Which Looks the Same, What Can I Do?

I had vase lipo on my stomach, bra, line and flank area, my stomach look the same flank are has fat and i need to know if the doctor sad he would do a free touch-up on the area's can refuse later.

A: Liposuction "didn't work"?

You don't mention how long ago your liposuction was done, but it does typically take at least 6 weeks to see decent results.  Your results should continue to improve for about 6-9 months, assuming you don't gain weight during that time.

Did you see a surgeon who is Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (a "real" plastic surgeon) or did you see a "cosmetic surgeon" (who could be your family doctor who recently decided to do lipo in the office)?  If you saw a plastic surgeon, go back and discuss your concerns with him/her. If you saw a cosmetic surgeon, I recommend that you seek a second opinion consult with a plastic surgeon.  That opinion may help you in your discussion with your original doctor.

Arrangements for "free touchups" may exist, but you might expect to at least pay for surgical supplies or OR time.

vaser hi def breast augmentation

I am very athletic (5"9"- 128lb), love to run and lift weights, and would like to get a breast lift with implants to a size C cup (I am currently 34B). I would like to keep an athletic, natural look- would that be a Moderate Profile @ about 300ccs or do you have any other recommendations? Also, I read about Smartlipo/Vaser Hi Def breast lift and wondered if I would be a candidate? Or is a doughnut mastopexy my only option? Lastly, is there a way to fix the asymmetry of my breasts? Thank you!!

A: Vaser for breast lift--not a good idea

I would be surprised if a board-certified plastic surgeon offered Vaser for any type of breast lift. I have seen this procedure offered by non-plastic surgeons ("cosmetic surgeons") who cannot perform a real breast lift.

My best advice is to have a consult with a surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  During the consult, your measurements and your goals will assist in determining the best implant size and type for you.
