Congratulations! That is very impressive, you should be so very proud! I wish that I could give you the name of a cream or some non-surgical treatment but unforntunately, there isn't one. The only way to tighten skin and loose those last stubborn fatty deposits are through surgery, and probably not liposuction. If you are complaining specifically about your lower abdomen and inner thighs, than you are looking at a panniculectomy and thighplasty. Liposuction could make you look worse by taking even more volume and causing more sagging of your skin. 

 No matter what you are able to do surgically, you should be so proud of your weight loss and how you have improved your overall health. Good luck to you!

KZZKZZ, it’s important to remember that liposuction is not a weight-loss procedure. Best for removing small pockets of fat, liposuction gives patients better body contour and a shapelier silhouette, but is not meant to help you lose pounds. I do understand, though, that seeing the scale move upward from your pre-surgery weight after having fat removed can be disappointing. I tell patients to avoid the scale for 1 month after surgery because the body is in healing mode from surgery stress and can cause you to retain water (which could translate to increased pounds). Once the body realizes you are fine the water will come off.  Maintaining a balanced diet and following your doctor’s prescribed post-op instructions will also help you on the right track toward a healthy recovery.

It is safe to perform certain area of liposuction during tummy tuck. Most board Certified Plastic Surgeons will not perform liposuction on the upper abdomen to minimize the risk of wound complication.
