Thank you for your pictures. For best and optimal results, you are a great candidate for Lipo360 with a tummy tuck with fat grafting to your buttocks/hips. It is possible that when performing lipo360, especially the full waistline, can accentuate your buttocks as well without having to have a BBL. If a tummy tuck if off the table for you, you may also benefit from Lipo360 with skin tightening with the understanding that a tummy tuck is still your best option. A breast lift will bring up your nipple position and give a more natural appearance to your breasts, whereas the implants will provide you with more volume and upper pole fullness. If you are concerned with how you scar, you can proceed with a augmentation alone, with understanding that it is a possibility that your nipples may only lift a little bit or be in the same spot.

We can still provide a natural and athletic appearance while giving you a nice shape. If undergoing a BBL is not for you, doing lipo 360, especially to your waistline can accentuate your buttocks nicely, but it would not provide you volume or fill your hip dips.
